The father ( God) the son ( Jesus ) and the Holy Spirits. There is no one that is more Supreme than God. We pay respect to Mary because she is the mother of Jesus.

I was a delegate of this WYD. we spent days in camp and workshops with international groups in Ortigas area. I remember I joined a group of Russians (all ten of them) who became converts to Catholicism during a sharing in La Salle.Their stories of finding God is so amazing.

There's a lot of blessings in my life after i attended on this event. I was so happy then! My spirit still alive in sharing his goodness! Thanks to the Father Who sent me here on earth to spread his blessings to others with full of love. Thanks to Pope John Paul II who has been an instrument in my life. I wish I could go to the next WYD does anyone have an idea where it is going to be held? Probably Rome. I'm not sure that's why. When WYD 1995 happened, I haven't got a clue about the world yet, didn't even know that it was happening all I care about was my self XD I was only about 3 years old.
I've never been in a WYD. I was only 9 when this happened and didn't know much about WYD. I just knew I keep singing this song and love it so much. Unfortunately when Pope John Paul II have a quick visit to Davao (just 4 hours away!), I wasn't born yet.. i was there. i was in my 2nd year hs. i remember that time i got close to him in the popemobile after the mass at the grandstand, i was'nt waving at all when he passed coz i know he would'nt even see me because of the huge crowd. i was 10 metres away from him just standing there and trying to get a good look at his face.then as he passes slowly infront of me he looked at me straight in the eye and blessed me with the sign of the cross. i was speechless i just cried. i'l never forget that.
I am crying watching this video & listening to this beautiful song. I remembered my first WYD in 1995, this event inspired me to follow Jesus in a deeper way & ispired me to never missed any WYD since 1995. It is nice to remember our beloved Pope JPII. I was a delegate of this WYD. we spent days in camp and workshops with international groups in Ortigas area. I remember I joined a group of Russians (all ten of them) who became converts to Catholicism during a sharing in La Salle.Their stories of finding God is so amazing.

you can't really say that this song is dedicated to the pope himself because if you listen to the song and read the lyrics you'll know...it tells of how we view God (our Lord, our Saviour, our King...Emmanuelle prince of peace..) and what we have to do as christians whatever our denomination is and that is to tell the world of His love...search your heart and focus your eyes on the Lord and you shall find wisdom..God bless!

i remember,i was only 9 yrs old when pope john paul II visited here in pinas.. im studying in a catholic school that time, we were singing this song everyday, every morning with actions before the flag ceremony, unfortunately chosen pupils only were ask to join the celebration and have the chance to see pope john paulI hayssss, i hope this will happen again with this new generation! There's a lot of blessings in my life after i attended on this event. I was so happy then! My spirit still alive in sharing his goodness! Thanks to the Father Who sent me here on earth to spread his blessings to others with full of love. Thanks to Pope John Paul II who has been an instrument in my life. I will be miss him but i will continue what I started since 1995.

I wish I could go to the next WYD does anyone have an idea where it is going to be held? Probably Rome. I'm not sure that's why. When WYD 1995 happened, I haven't got a clue about the world yet, didn't even know that it was happening all I care about was my self XD I was only about 3 years old.

I've never been in a WYD. I was only 9 when this happened and didn't know much about WYD. I just knew I keep singing this song and love it so much. Unfortunately when Pope John Paul II have a quick visit to Davao (just 4 hours away!), I wasn't born yet.. Ive been searching for WYD95 before and thank God that for about 4millions who joined there, someone has posted videos and songs here.. God Bless Us All.

i was there. i was in my 2nd year hs. i remember that time i got close to him in the popemobile after the mass at the grandstand, i was'nt waving at all when he passed coz i know he would'nt even see me because of the huge crowd. i was 10 metres away from him just standing there and trying to get a good look at his face.then as he passes slowly infront of me he looked at me straight in the eye and blessed me with the sign of the cross. i was speechless i just cried. i'l never forget that.

I am crying watching this video & listening to this beautiful song. I remembered my first WYD in 1995, this event inspired me to follow Jesus in a deeper way & ispired me to never missed any WYD since 1995. It is nice to remember our beloved Pope JPII.
