  • were you actually listening to the police

  • do you know how to get into software when sat in prompt

  • how much for one?

  • MASC cannot be attacked like an inversion based scrambler.

It is a 5-band scrambler and the unauthorized listener would need to be able to locate properly at least the first two sub bands to hear the message (300-1200Hz).

If random sub band inversion is also used the sub band would also have to be undone.

  • MASC is a 5 band splitter with inversion. In other words the voice is filtered off into five bands of apprx. 500Hz each and then the sub bands are swooped around at a rate of 10 or more times per second. Due to the characteristics of voice, n band scramblers only have a limited number of good codes, usually around 11. Because of this I am sure MASC also randomly inverts some of the sub bands.

  • can u talk on them or is it a scanner or something like thAT

  • vhf or 800?

  • where yall at

  • where did u buy the walkie talkie 4rm nd send me a message

  • whea did u buy dhat motorola walkie talkie and send me a message 2

  • What's the difference between cb and two way radios

  • this radio is uhf i believe, which is like 400mhz and up. cb is like 29mhz. so its a much lower band. its called "low band"

  • thanks

  • CB is 26-28mhz, thats HF

  • Good!

  • Dude Nice Video

I Wanna Buy 2 Of There Radios

Do U Noe Where I Get Dem At??

    Thankz

  • How is Tetra working out for them? As a side note that data sound with the one transmision was MODAT that was in use by many forces in the states including Lansing, Michigan before they went to EDACS trunking, and hei system is ProVoice and analog with ProVoice digital used for detectives and supervisors.

  • all uk police forces are using the tetra network, not this radio or any other vhf or uhf radio will pick up these signals again.

  • how to listen to tetra? :)

  • wots the rang on the MT6000e ? ? ?

  • wat does that beep mean after evry time he lets off the button

  • @DARTHRAVER20 they are modat tones. its basically the radio speeddialing a number. its his unit id number.

  • Marconi Advanced Scrambler Code

  • what does the MASC stand for???

  • where can i buy these

  • press the red button.

  • was that to me..?

  • no, to the guy who made the video. press the red button :)

i heard from my ride along cop that it is basically a station clearing call that goes out. so you get massive back up.

  • if its programmed to work. or just tip the radio over. lol.

  • It opens the mic up for 10 seconds. Doesn't do any more than that. It's a panic button.

  • or it transmits a unit id 3 times and an alarm if its programmed that way.

  • The ones I used were open the mic up to a CAD room for 10 seconds. Ofcouse the MTH800 is better, it sends an alert, opens mic and GPS location.

  • oic nice. haha. well thost are like tetra anyways so im not suprised. they are freaking lucky to get those lol.

  • hey, where did you get these from? I want one to add to my collection of one, a motorola UHF GP340... (16ch) and do you know how to get the roger bleeps heard on the transmissions to work on the GP340? because i know it can be done, probablt in programming...

  • Black trowzers lol

  • All the forces use Airwave now, this is old

Decrypting Airwave = Hell Will Freeze over

  • Thats why there out there for sale now, still a quality radio with good encryption! Airwave is a nightmare as any copper! ;-) well im happy with my sets.. anyone else using MASC on here?

  • yea i got a set of the ex police mt6000e radios... good radios

  • town centre CCTV Control listening to it.

  • best radio i have ever owned right there, nice vid

  • You are correct that is plain 5 tine, the audio in the clip isnt MASC (that was just to show mmy MASC ones off) but I can do you all an encrypted clip if you all want to hear them? The radios came to me with four matching keys, and I then copied them over into my other units that had different keys :-) yeahhhhhhh now they all talk in MASC together!!

  • is that MASC , sounds like 5 tone , if it is masc where did you get the masc key from?
