Not a bad video, but like JUK, I am somewhat dissapointed that it appears the driver was holding a video camera the whole time. Tell me there was a mute passenger or something.

New york doesn't allow them for firefighters. We are only allowed to run blue lights. Chief officers can run red lights with a siren.

Well, to be fair, I am not surprised that they don't want you to use their cars for filming if you do it while driving. Generally I would think that the camera shouldn't be held by the one at the steering wheel... Also, why is your vehicle labeled in German (I read "...wehr")?
