What size is this pole? Is there a certain size u recommend for beginners

@jessicalane278 This is a Lil Mynx removable at 50mm. It's standard size. I prefer the 45mm Xpole though. Better material and easier for smaller hands to grip. The bigger pole can be easier for climbing and certain holds though. It's a personal preference. If there is a studio nearby, test different ones out to see what is most comfortable for you.
