Whoa there is so much skewed logic and analysis FAIL in this video. First of all, what the hell do you mean by "black colleges" and raising their funding by 30%? There is no such thing as a black college... I think desegregation might have already happened. One other thing is that approval ratings don't matter. (Congress always has a lower approval rating than the President) Oh and no matter how you look at it, the deficit pretty much doubled under Bush... Up by like $6 trillion.
@jayberry7 "what the hell do you mean by "black colleges". I'm sorry if this is news to you. Howard University Clark Atlanta Lawson State Community College Benedict College Morehouse College Hampton University Florida A&M University Etc. Etc. The Deficit went up 41% under Bush II. Which makes him still a loser. ..as for "so much skewed logic and analysis FAIL in this video" So far you came up with nothing. Would you care to try again?
This is (almost) funny to watch 4 years after. Sure enough America voted in a bunch of Dems and socialism started chugging along. Oops big mistake. We're not that kind of nation, and we'll not quietly allow ourselves to be.
Just to let you know, President Barrack Obama saved our country today and the only person who really reported it was John Stewart. He refused to sign a bill that was passed by the Senate which would make it harder to challenge the authority of Foreclosures. Today on Fox news they said that Foreclosures are good for the economy. I'm not making this shit up. Barrack Obama has just prevented millions of Americans from being kicked out of their homes.
Bush is a trooper. He's taken so many cheap shots from liberals and left wing driven media, and he kept going. He never let anything bother him. And he never let anything bother America. Thanks Bush!
Wow, I didn't realise Bush was so smart and that the country was in such great shape because of him. I thought Bush was an idiot till I saw this video, there are no lies in it at all.
Gas prices have fallen? Who is this idiot? Besides, both Democrats and Republicans share a common aspect. They're both groups of politicians. All politicians are liars and cheats. Power corrupts.
Ummm it is ignorant that all these people divide themselves as democrats and republicans when we are all americans. Whatever happened to being a person and using your brain rather than to just be part of group and follow someone blindly. compliments of george carlin lol.
anybody hear ever read shakespear's 'julius ceasar?' it's scary how true some of the points made in that play are about countries/gov't.s like america several hundred years ago
Not too sure if that means people are idiots for voting in the Democratic congress in 06 which this video is about or the idiot who thrashed Bush Defense plans then keeps his sec. of state. OR the idiot who starts his campaign on a promise to get troops out of Iraq by a day certain then adopts Bushs Iraq plan before getting elected. Or the idiot who is $6.5 million in debt his Secretary of State Or the idiot who made a man who said he was not ready to be commander in Chief his VP. That Idiot?
Maybe the idiot is Federal Liaison to the Democratic Governors Association and Il. Governor Rod Blagojevic. Maybe Mark Spitzer is one of the idiots? Maybe former chairman of Fannie Mae Jim Johnson who was selected by Obama to vet his VP is the idiot? Maybe the idiots are those who cant tell me one single Bush policy that Bush implemented that wasnt supported by democrats that put our country in peril.
Hey PATRIOT7ME, I am posting this response to your complaint on March, 28th which is indicating a month after your posting. This means that you are complaining that president Obama's administration has not fixed the economy stupid in about ONE MONTH AFTER ENTERING OFFICE? and you call yourself a PATRIOT while backing Sarah Palin who is a member of a group that wants Alaska to succeed from the United States of America?????
Let me shed some political light on the subject for you. the DEMOCRATS took over congress 2 years ago. That's what Patriot meant. BONE HEAD! He meant that for over 2 YEARS things have gotten WORSE! He never said anything about the Obama Administration, did he? Look at your intelligence? You're whole demeanor describes the incompetence that has been set forth by the left.
to who made this video: i am proud republican, but u are SERIOUSLY out of touch with the reality of the legislation passed by this administration. do some research, you'll learn so much.
- Since 9-11, at least 19 terror attacks have been thwarted that have been aimed at the US.
- Hours after Obama was elected, Russia deployed short-range missiles on the Polish border and also Iran tested missiles that are now able to reach Europe.
-Amon Zawahiri called Obama a house niger and urged terrorist groups to step up attacks on western targets.. 2 weeks later the terror Mumbai took place.
-Iran now has announced it is willing to share its nuclear technology with other enemies of the state.
Believe me, if they could, the terror you saw in Spain, London, India, etc would of taken place here if it were not for Bush's Aggressive stance on the War on Terror.
Obama much like JFK who wanted to open up negotiations with its enemies. What happened to that Naive philosophy? Soviet Union built the Berlin wall and sent Missiles to Cuba.
Carter said we need to get over our "inordinate fear of communism" within weeks Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan.
you fucking idiot, russia deployed missils there because Putin said he WOULD DO THAT IF BUSH DIDNT WITHDRAW TROOPS AND MISSILES FROM POLAND, BUSH DIDNT, PUTIN PUTS MISSILES NEER POLAD. not becasue obama was elected, but becasue bush failed to meet putins deadline.
do a little more research about WHY stuff happens, not how or when, but WHY
Every now and then I get called an idiot by a bigger idiot. This is one of those moments.
"IF BUSH DIDNT WITHDRAW TROOPS AND MISSILES FROM POLAND" Currently there are NO US troops stationed in Poland. If there are you are the only one that knows about it.
Next. The missile to be placed are US interceptor missiles. Similar to the Patriot missile system. These are countermeasures not Offensive. They arn't even there yet! Medvedev knew about this back in Aug. Why did he wait until hours after Obama was elected to make the decesion? HOURS!
How about YOU do some research of your own, General, before you SOUND like a fool?
Mmm.. Howard Dean. He provided possibly the best memory of the 2004 democratic primaries. He most certainly did not go to Washington D.C. to take back the White House.. WAHHHH!!
I said EMBRYONIC stem cell research. And it was a ban on federal funding for embryonic stem cell research. That's a huge deal. The majority of Americans want federal funding. This will be overridden in the Obama administration. (Embryonic stem cells are the most important stem cells because they can grow into virtually any cell type. We need it!)
You can get into semantics, but you can't be right all the time.
I've listed two failed policies, and several short-falls of the Bush presidency. For a non-politician, I'd say that's pretty good. Good luck convincing any other liberal-leaning voters that Bush was healthy for our country! (He's been horrible, and I can't believe he got a second term...)
"stem cell" I was asking for failed policy and that was your answer. Sorry for making the connection.
"Ronald Regan Endorses Obama" (oh brother)
$600 Million later (because it takes that much loot to get a democrat elected these days.) Are you better off now then 4 years ago?" Funny I never really heard thatphrase much in part because it realy isnt true as it was under Carter. " Here's how Obama REALLY won the election watch "How Obama Got Elected... Interviews With Obama Voters" It's painful.
Hey, how about watching PART II and give us your mind bending thoughts on that? The link is in the upper right of this page.
-Economics 101- when you raise taxes on the "rich" (that's codeword for businesses) the cost of production for businesses goes up which means the cost of goods and services will go up which means you the CONSUMER pays MORE..NOT the company.
TAX the rich really means TAX the CONSUMER. Then again Im sure you voted for the proven failed "Spread the Wealth" philosophy.
Oh, so you actually fell for this video? I'm sorry, but all 8 years of Bush's presidency has been a disaster for this country. Not just the last 2 years. I think your arguments are one-sided. You probably listen to Rush Limbaugh and watch Bill O'Reilly on FOX News. I'm no politician, but even I can see how ironic this video is! Bush has been called a lame duck for a reason... (That, much I know, is an actual term in the language of politics.)
Give me some Bush Policies that put this country in "bad" shape?
-Dont say the Iraq war because the Iraq war was going to happen with or without Bush or Gore in office.
(less we forget.)
"Iraq's search for weapons of mass destruction has proven impossible to deter and we should assume that it will continue for as long as Saddam is in power." — Al Gore, Sept. 23, 2002
On the contrary, braden2005... Don't forget that it was bad intelligence that led everyone to believe that Sudam actually had WMDs... This war certainly has landed the country in bad shape. If you don't call our deficit a problem, you are crazy! Bush's incompliance with the Geneva Conventions has widely been considered an international relations disaster. Inadequate funding of the No Child Left Behind Act. The ban on stem cell research sets us behind other countries in our scientific prominence.
Drill, dont Drill. Whatever. When people begin seeing oil prices go up it seems that wild refuges suddenly don't become important of an issue. You cant have icing on both sides of the cake.
No Child left behind to me could be one of those failed Policies. More money has been pumped into education that ever before. The US leads the world with per capita spending w/ $11,000 per student. Are you convinced that maybe its not the money that is the problem?
I didn't say don't drill. I'm just against the "drill baby drill" dumbed-down attitude. If we are going to drill, we have to do it in a way that doesn't threaten the environment or the local ecosystems. If we are going to drill, we need to drill outside of protected habitats. All I ask is that we be as morally responsible as possible.
To me "failed" doesnt mean I dont like it. Failed means it didnt work. Like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. They failed. In 2004 (R.) Congressman Baker warned democratic congresswoman of the crises. In that video I sent you Waters failed to heed his warning. She got a pass AND was reelected! There's the problem. That's a "FAILURE".
I'm still looking for the "failed" Bush Policies that Obama spoke of.
Obama blasted Bush's intelligence methods for good reason. (Just look at the intelligence gathered for the Invasion of Iraq!)
I don't think you are getting your facts straight braden2005. Why don't you wait and see what happens in the Obama presidency before you throw it out the window. I mean that seems like a pretty biased strategy to me...
Change comes in many forms, buddy. Just wait before you judge.
Anyways, braden2005, I may not be a politician. But I can still tell that this video is one-sided (biased) and absurd. I can also see it as ironic, given the state of things. I'm sure these people can come up with more intelligent videos than this...
If you want to discuss the video, then I would suggest being as reasonable as possible. (Not one-sided, and with an always-right attitude.)
I'm sorry, but I really think that this is a waste of my time... Later.
You said NCLB wasnt funded properly. I told you we spend more per student than any other country which ended that thread.
I dont really have an argument bout gay marriage. I see both sides as making sense so leave it to the states hands. The people should decide where we should drill.
Obama "blasted Bush's intelligence methods for good reason. " but says "Intelligence Policy to Stay Largely Intact" Its mind boggling.
The only thing Obama has changed is his mind towards the right. Im happy.
I Asked if you could come up with one "failed" Bush Policy. You came up with policies you just don't like. Youre not the first I've asked the question to.
Everyday since about July Obama's views have become more and more to the right. McCain couldnt say anything because he needs to paint Obama to the left and couldnt do it. It's just mind bending how the left doesnt really care Obama is Marching to the right-center.
If Obama has moved to the right, I haven't disagreed with his stance on anything yet. I think it's good that he's willing to work with the right. But that doesn't mean he isn't one of the most liberal politicians out there today. Remember, he was given the title of most liberal senator.
To say that the intelligence methods won't change for the better is unfair. Bush has just been under fire for his untruthful intelligence of Iraqi WMDs.
I gave you two policies. No Child Left Behind was a failure. He didn't fund it. He may have funded education, but he didn't adequately fund NCLB.
The Iraq policy hasn't failed, but it's been detrimental to the economy. Bush's decision to go to war with Iraq without UN approval has also lead to international criticism. We lost, what, over 4,000 soldiers in Iraq and we had no right to invade in the first place? I mean, I'm glad Sudam's out, but Bush sure didn't handle it right.
"go to war with Iraq without UN approval" How was your stance on going to war with Kosovo?
"had no right to invade in the first place?"
-Iraqi Liberation Act of 1998
-UN Security Resolution 1441
-Operation Desert Fox
-No Fly Zones
-Years and years of listening to this mantra
"Iraq is a long way from [here], but what happens there matters a great deal here. For the risks that the leaders of a rogue state will use nuclear, chemical or biological weapons (cont)
...against us or our allies is the greatest security threat we face." — Madeline Albright, Feb 18, 1998
-"It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein wiill continue to increase his capability to wage biological and chemical warfare and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons. Should he succeed in that endeavor, he could alter the political and security landscape of the Middle East which, as we know all too well, affects American security."
"Unlike the gulf war, many experts believe Saddam would resort to chemical and biological weapons against our troops in a desperate -attempt to save his regime if he believes he and his regime are ultimately threatened."
Sen. Ted Kennedy Oct. 8, 2002
But NOW that the threat is gone its easy to can say "Iraq and we had no right to invade"
"lacking in his diplomacy efforts." 49 countries contributed to the Iraq coalition in March 2003. How many SHOULD it of been? 33 of those 49 countries provided troops to support the occupation after the invasion was complete.
"We're in the middle of a financial crisis due largely to deregulation." BOTH parties can share the blame as far back as 1999 when Clinton and the Republican Congress in October of 1999 deregulated the financial district.
I'm sorry, but when Bush urges against talks, and the democrats have to deviate from the norm and talk with other countries, I'd say that Bush is lacking in his diplomacy efforts... And, the U.S. was the first to go into Iraq. Many countries followed, but the U.S. went in without UN approval.
"Many countries followed," 49 countries. You and I would spend all day trying to just name 49 countries. It was a HUGE coalition. I have no clue how people once called the war lost give no credit for now obviously winning. they just hate Bush.
"the U.S. went in without UN approval. " Once again. I can bet the Farm you did or don't care about the War in Kosovo not having UN support. But since your guy was in office I'll let that slide.
100% accurate? Are you kidding me?! I want you to watch this video again and tell me that democratic statements were given after their discovery that the intelligence was flawed. I want you to tell me that this vidoe isn't one-sided, misleading, or demeaning.
If you want to discuss the video, then I would suggest being as reasonable as possible. (Not one-sided, and with an always-right attitude.)
I'm sorry, but I really think that this is a waste of my time... Later.
The flawed intel was realized after the war began. "Liberate Iraq"-It started with Clinton carried over by George Tenet, given to Bush. Both sides believed that the tons of unaccounted for WMD were still in Iraq in March of 2003. The point made is people forget the large part BOTH parties had in the lead up to the war. Not that they still believed it after the WMD closets were empty. Thus the video is 100% accurate. Hillary does look more like Alfred E Newman than Bush ever did.
You dont need to respond back < Im out of town the next few days but thanks for the time. You know how it works. The bad cops enters the irrigation room roughs up the bad guy a bit. Makes him confess then leaves. Then the Good cop comes in and gets all the details. Its a good system. Think about it.
I wasn't paying attention to politics during the Kosovo conflict (or during the Clintion years for that matter) because I was only like 14 when Bush came into office. That's why I didn't address it.
When you call the Iraq war a success, you have to ask yourself, "In what manner?". Did we ever find WMDs? No. That was the primary "reason" for invasion. Bush misled us, and I don't know about you, but I don't like being misled.
100% accurate? Newman? Are you joking? I didn't see a resemblance.
-The UN rejected Military Action for Kosovo just like they did for Iraq. Everybody was fine with the that war despite UN support but when we go into Iraq as did Clinton THAT's Wrong.
-Mislead> Its been investigated by the non partisan Robb Silberman investigation -Nobody intentionally mislead instead it was as you said "Flawed" information. Read Joint Resolution to Authorize the Use of United States Armed Forces Against Iraq, take out ref. for WMD you still got a very good reason for war.
Maybe that's because the intelligence was actaully accurate for Kosovo, whereas for Iraq it wasn't? Did you ever think of that?! Probably not, since you are one-sided and biased on the issue. Next time make a more honest video. (Not that I care. I'd rather you continue making videos like this because it just goes to show how corrupt the right can be...)(I think the right has lost it's way, thus that means I'll only vote for a republican if I feel he'll do a good job.)
Your point was that Iraq was a bad idea diplomatically because of no UN sanction to do so. I said Kosovo wasn't sanction by the UN either. Even with the bad intel on WMD if you read Iraqi Liberation Act of 1998 and UN Resolution 1441 and The Joint Resolution you still have plenty of other reasons for the ousting of Saddam. Plan and simple. Have you even read these articles before this discussion?
"how corrupt the right can be" Again, show me a fact in my video that is false. After 182,000 views nobody has. Please show me.
The fact that you claim the video is dishonest and corrupt but can't show me where makes YOU look dishonest. Watch the video I sent you. With Social spending up 45% under Bush they have lost their way. With Obama telling Joe the plumber "We need to spread the wealth" that's way way way lost the way.
Do you know why people say they hate politics? It's because people don't like the negative one-sided attacks from people like you! It's because whenever people like you present their material, they purposely do it in the most unbalanced, misleading way and it most certainly doesn't represent the big picture. I'm sure that if I were a dishonest left-winger, I'd be throwing laughable facts at you to!
Don't think I can't see right through it. They didn't call it a lame duck presidency for noth'n
Youve made a claim that the video is "Dishonest" I asked you to tell me what is not factual about the video. You can't seem to do it. Until you do that makes your claim bogus and disengenuine now doesn't it?
Obama promised McCain he would adhere to campaign finance limitation as soon as the money came in Obama balked on the deal and out campaigned McCain by $300 million. But that's ok because he's your guy. As long as he's your guy he gets a pass. You call me dishonest and have nil to show.
If Bush was so bad why did it take almost $600 million to put a democrat in office? Youve made no comment on Clinton/Congress 1999 degregutlaion plan and Maxine Waters telling Congressman Baker Fannie Mae and Freddi Mac are perfectly soun after he dare sugest that they are on a crash course. I love these discussions with lleft wingers becuase this stuff is all news to them. Theyve never heard of this before. It causes the brain to think a little. Like the "How Obama got elected" video.
That's what you said. Do you really think Bush has "BANED" stem cell research?
According to you that's one of his "failed" policies.
Tom, there IS NO BAN on Stem Cell Research nor has Bush ever considered a ban. Talk about being dishonest. Boy.
This is the kind of ignorance that I'm talking about. It's shameful. You accuse ME of misleading without the abiltiy to back your claim. While your obviously wrong.
Sorry, according to you stem cell reasearch was not a"failed" policy. I just get so confused becuase I'm trying to search for what you said WAS a failed policy.
First off, I didn't say it was a failed policy. I said it was a short fall, and I said it is unfair to ignore the shortfalls. I did point out two failed policies, the "ban" wasn't one of them.
We call it a ban because what it is is a ban on federal funding. What Bush did was veto a bill, called the Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act, which prevented federal funding of stem cell research on lines of stem cells derived from discarded human embryos.
I sure don't feel like the country has been heading in the right direction for the last 8 years.
Our standing in the international community sure hasn't improved. (In fact it has taken a nose dive.)
Our economy is in the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression.
You think we are better off? I don't even think we are at par! This video is demeaning, misleading, and dishonest. I didn't expect the video to be taken down, I'm just surprised anyone could still endorse Bush policies.
As a democrat, I have several problems with Bush: I don't like the idea of privatizing social security (I know it failed). I don't think that his banning of embryonic stem cell research was an educated decision. I don't like the idea of having restricted gay rights. I strongly disagree with Bush's incompliance with the Geneva conventions. I strongly disagree with drilling in wildlife refuges. I am disappointed in his education policies. I am disappointed in his non-diplomacy strategies.
"restricted gay rights" Again what POWER does the president have? 40 of 50 states believe marriage is between a man and a woman not a man and a man. What can Bush do to allow people to change their minds?
When asked at the VP debate "Do you support gay marriage?"
Biden said "No. Barack Obama nor I support redefining from a civil side what constitutes marriage. We do not support that"
Bush proposed an amendment that would ban gay marriages. I don't care if he doesn't call it marriage, gays deserve equal rights. Civil unions create a state of separate but equal in the country. Bush supports DOMA. Obama wants to repeal it.
"equal rights." The government has stated in bigamy cases Reynolds v. US it can not interfere in religious matters but it can make certain practices legal or illegal. 4 out of 5 states see marriage first as a religious practice between a man a a woman. (I dont think the govnmnt should be involved with religious practice at all.) Let FLDS marry more than one wife. Let Joe marry his sister. I dont care. But the law states Marriage is a practice. Not a civil right.
The fact of the matter is that marriage is a legal contract. We don't mix religion in civil marriages. But if you want to discuss marriage, read up on it first (in an unbiased manner). I don't care about personal beliefs, I want reason on the issue. But I really don't want to discuss anything with a person who thinks he's right about everything. I think I am more fluent in this area than you. So you better get your facts straight.
I will vote yes because I believe it is the best way to hold Saddam Hussein accountable." —Sen. John F. Kerry Oct. 9,2002
"It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capability to wage biological and chemical warfare and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons. ...he could alter the political and security landscape of the Middle East which, as we know all too well, affects American security."
...I'm disappointed in his failure to reach an agreement on the Kyoto Protocol. I think he could have done more to drive forward our alternative energy policies. I think he could have done more to advance our recycling tradition. I think that removing some animals from the endangered species list was premature. I disagree with Bush on basically all the social issues, and his not so environmentally friendly policies. But I also think he has served our nations international standing poorly...
Again he has spent more on alternative energy funding than any other president. EH signed the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007
"Kyoto Protocol" On Average the countries that have agreed to abide by Kyoto have seen an avg. increase of emissions by %22 while the USA has had only a 16% increase in emissions by NOT abiding by Kyoto standards.
Meanwhile China and India co2 emission has increased by 51%. So Kyoto is BS.
As the President he serves everyone. and Everyone does not view your environmental views. Did you know its not the presidents job to make sure we all recycle, safe animals, have gay marriage, save trees. Did you know this? Did you know thats the job of state and local governments? Are you aware of this? It frightens me that people think the president is suppose to hold so much POWER.
"Drilling" The people of the Unties states want cheap energy self sufficiency. Not just the President. The PEOPLE. Let the people decide where, when and how we drill. Bush lifts executive ban on offshore oil drilling in July 14, 2008 the next day oil prices fell and continued to fall and havnt gone up since.
-I dont think you have really answered my question. Which policy has Bush passed that has FAILED? (Like as in....we DID that and it didn't work?) Thats what failed means.
I'm for more drilling. As long as it's clean. I don't support drilling in wildlife refuges because they are protected areas, and they are protected for good reason. I'm glad Bush's for off shore drilling (as long as he ensures that it is as environmentally friendly as possible), I am just opposed to his support of lifting the drilling ban in ANWR.
Satire Warning... Yep, the economy sure is "booming". Get it? Booming? Yep, we needed to give tax cuts to the rich so that they can spend more! Yep, we needed to "disarm" Sudam 'cuz we found all sorts of WMDs. (Bush certainly had good intelligence, didn't he?) Yep, the economy soared to 14,000 points. (What is it now? 8 somethin'?) Yep, the national deficit hasn't increased at all. Gas prices sure did fall (even when adjusted for inflation. Yep very little inflation.)
Tax cuts for "Rich". The Top 50% Pay 96% of the Taxes The Bottom 50% Pay 3% of the Taxes.
40 Million Americans do not pay an income tax.
what SHOULD the bottom 50% pay in taxes if 3% is too high for you?
"all sorts of WMD" Why did Clinton put into law the Iraqi Liberation Act of 1998?
"Yep, the economy soared to 14,000 points" in MAY of 2008 AND remember Bush inherited a BEAR market. BUT then the left wanted to make sure poor people could buy homes with bad credit and WHAMO!
"Yep, the national deficit hasn't increased at all" Thats right Bush supported left nut wing causes and increased Social Spending by 45%. HE DID WHAT the LEFT wanted him to do and then GAVE him no credit.
"I'm surprised that you guys left this video up"
The title of the Video is DONT VOTE DEMOCRAT in 2006. Well, the democrats took control of congress and since 2006 things GOT worse. NOT BETTER. Take the video down? There isnt one thing in the video that is not dead on the mark true.
American voters Dems Reps and Inds need to stop accepting myths. Beware of anything that you hear that is not a fact. Can the fact be put to the test of reason.
You are making an extraordinary claim. BE honest with yourself.
youve never read Iraqi Liberation Bill of 1998
youve never read UN Security Council 1441
youve never read Joint Resolution to of Authorize the Use of United States Armed Forces Against Iraq of 2002
I know you haven't. There is nothing to "hide". It's all right there in these documents that give reason to oust Saddam from power even if you found not on drop of WMD. Read them.
30 seconds in you show that John Kerry said "Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction".
Fact: George Bush with the power of the presidency repeated it over and over and over. He hid the facts from the American people. He lied to the people. He has broken the trust between the presidency and the American people. Not to mention the rest of the world. Don't try to make a case to vote republican. It's insulting.
"He lied to the people." So let me get this correct. He lied to the American people, which means so did CIA director George Tenet who was lying about WMD. Remember he was hired under Clinton. So Clinton too was also lying. Was Clinton lying when he signed the 1998 Iraqi Liberation Act of 1998? How about Russia, China, France? Their intel believed in Iraq WMD too. I'm 100% for legal action for EVERYONE who "lied".
Only because this "lie" has been investigated "over and over and over" again.
Like the video says. Should of voted Republican 2006. I warned you.
Now having said that I sent you a video that clearly (Crystal clearly) shows you a 2004 hearing where senate democrats defend Fannie Mae and Freddi Mac and how these loans were to help the "poor" become home owners. Democrats set the bait, Republicans went along.
That shows how little you known, the president doesn't vote for any of the laws only congress and you voted the democrats into power in '06.Before the elections the unemployment rate was 4.4%,stock market over 14,000, gas prices $1.97 but you wanted change there, you have it. Just wait for Obama to take over and re-read this post and reminisce on the good old days.
Ummmmm, let me think??? Ummmmmm........NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was fun to watch two years later. Tee hee. You'll have to excuse me, I'm off to start a fire to heat my house by burning the statements from my floundering investment accounts while I boil the wallpaper so we can eat the paste.
What's funny is that you really are not going to heat your house with paper while there really are people in the world who are heating their house with cow shit. Have you seen part II yet? (Link above)
The sweetest part yesterday was Pelosi gripping about Bushs low approval rating while hers is 3 time lower.
I just loved how she flapped her plastic nose off on the floor BEFORE the vote was cast.
I just use the paper to start the fire - it's too expensive to run the oil furnace any more. $4 (or more) is no joke when you're talking about a 250-gallon tank. I think I'll have to get myself a cow. 700 points is no joke.
Rock on, buddy, you believe what you want to believe. Just for the record I'm not Republican or Democrat, but I do hope to send my kids to college one day. That's not looking so good at the moment.
Though...now that you mention it, being able to retire isn't looking all that good for me at the moment either. But who knows, a magical fairy might show up some day and reward me for all my hard life's work.
Bush also Inherit a Recession from the Bill Clinton era caused by the DotCom Boom that went BUST. The dotcom boom that embellished all that Clinton did. Private industry created those "surpluses" not anything Clinton did.
Pres Bush did a fair job at keeping a balance. That all ended when the Do Nothing Good Libs took over in Jan 2007. No promises kept (end war, fix energy). They love outsourcing Oil Exploration.
Also Clinton did not have an actual Surplus. What Pelosi doesnt realize is that it was a projected surplus. What good is a surplus when you still have a national debt youre paying interest on? What people dont realize is that Bush was reelected because he was going to increase spending. He has kept all his promises! Social Spending UP 45%. Democrats LOVE this man they refer to as an idiot and don't even know it.
No, I meant what I said.. Thank God for the 130 Republicans who thumbed their noses at the Crock of Crap of Bill.
Now I can only Praise the 108 Republicans and even the 63 Democrats who STILL voted against the Bill.
The supporters of this Bill will look back and see how STUPID they were. McCain blew it.
First by not selecting Romney, Second by "suspending" his campaign, Third for supporting this $700 billion plan for the idiots. We've been hood winked!
Truth-This country was founded on religionists. Every single president we had was a "religionist".
"xenophobes"? This Republican administration has given more in foreign aid than any other other administration in history.
"greedheads" Its a fact that Republicans give FAR more in charitable donations than Democrats. Just look at what Biden and Obama BOTH have given percentage wise compared to Bush or McCain.
IT just shows you that Liberals LOVE to follow their imagination than the facts.
Hey everybody, according to wirewerksTV, our taxes don't pay for the war in Iraq or this $700 billion bailout, our awesome GDP pays for it, because we're experiencing so much growth right now.
I got news for you douche bag; even if we're not in a recession, the miniscule GDP that we're pulling in sure as hell doesn't cover the cost of the war in Iraq or this $700 billion bailout that Bush is proposing. So you can blow all of your flawed statistics out your ass.
So why is Bush supporting this $700 billion bailout? What happened to Mr. "hands off government works the best?" Now he wants 700 billion to bail out financial institutions that are suffering the consequences of their unethical business practices after the fucking moron just gave back billions in the form of "stimulus checks." WTF?? I guess small government doesn't work so well after all! They give us a little bit of money, and then they take it right back! Wow, what a concept!
> What happened to Mr. "hands off government works the best?"
Bush misunderstood, back when Grover Norquist gleefully squealed about "drowning government in a bathtub."
Bush thought he meant "drown *America* in a bathtub", while the Government grows to a size, power, and general intrusiveness that would have put Stalin's Russia to shame!
Oopsy.
Nice to see Bush looking actually scared, though. He deserves it.
Look...I dont know why you dissed my video. It just contained the facts. I'm not that far behind you. If Only Ron Paul has a better understanding of geopolitics I would be right there with him.
I hope you will study the movement around Ron Paul some more. It is not like he is the head of it, just a spokesman. Maybe what we needed was a leader. Too late this time around .. Maybe you will understand "us" if you listen to some more people. For my part I am too tired this evening atleast. Keywords to why im pissed at your video. "Federal bank" and "Iraq war"(remember who I am...im pissed at everyone in the video). Cheers.. and funny about the "Maybe you don't own it". Good civil humor.
I allready did. If you did not notice read my comments again. Data is correct but deliverance suggests that the interest rate is solely good thing. I mean "lets piss our pants and go woot! man thats some hot interest!?!?!" Now that is funny ... and do not even try to get away with the politics style "But you agree the data is correct, so none of what I said is incorrect." You are here with the common man, and he smells the shit in your mouth before you even get a chance to taste it!
"interest rate is solely good thing" Low interest rates are a good thing, cheap gas is a good thing, low taxes is a good thing, increase in the GDP is a good thing.
It's what you DO WITH IT that is a bad thing.
We can't claim to be a capitalist society but really practice socialism. It does not work.
"Ohhh we need MORE Regulation" There already is butt loads of regulation.
Hurra for idealism no matter the cost! We must implement our idealism into every acpects of not only our own but the whole world! Remove dictators at the cost of millions of innocent lives "It is the ideal thing to do". We must keep LOW INTERESTS even if it means national bankruptcy and depression. "It is the ideal thing to do" .. WireWerksTV you got more in common with communist idealists then you know. It is two sides of the same old dull sword. And the blood runs in the middle.
I will stop using imaginative comparisons then. I was saying that fanatism is the same no matter the contex of the ideals. That common folk allways are the ones to bleed and suffer in the hands of left and right wing fanatics.
"Then you must be a homosexual". You know when I debate with nazis they usualy say that. Or "You must be jewish". When I debate with left wing radicals I am often seen as a filthy globalist, or capitalist. And when I debate with right wing radicals such as yourself then I am a communist. And it is a fine mechanism that fanatics allways follow. Allways predictable. And for common folk like me, it makes fanatics easy to identify.

Not too sure if that means people are idiots for voting in the Democratic congress in 06 which this video is about or the idiot who thrashed Bush Defense plans then keeps his sec. of state. OR the idiot who starts his campaign on a promise to get troops out of Iraq by a day certain then adopts Bushs Iraq plan before getting elected. braden2005 3 years ago
Im still waiting....
Here's some research.
2 weeks later the terror Mumbai took place.
braden2005 3 years ago
-Iran now has announced it is willing to share its nuclear technology with other enemies of the state.
Believe me, if they could, the terror you saw in Spain, London, India, etc would of taken place here if it were not for Bush's Aggressive stance on the War on Terror.
braden2005 3 years ago
Obama much like JFK who wanted to open up negotiations with its enemies. What happened to that Naive philosophy? Soviet Union built the Berlin wall and sent Missiles to Cuba.
Carter said we need to get over our "inordinate fear of communism" within weeks Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan.
braden2005 3 years ago
you fucking idiot, russia deployed missils there because Putin said he WOULD DO THAT IF BUSH DIDNT WITHDRAW TROOPS AND MISSILES FROM POLAND, BUSH DIDNT, PUTIN PUTS MISSILES NEER POLAD. not becasue obama was elected, but becasue bush failed to meet putins deadline.
do a little more research about WHY stuff happens, not how or when, but WHY

I said EMBRYONIC stem cell research. And it was a ban on federal funding for embryonic stem cell research. That's a huge deal. The majority of Americans want federal funding. This will be overridden in the Obama administration. (Embryonic stem cells are the most important stem cells because they can grow into virtually any cell type. We need it!)
You can get into semantics, but you can't be right all the time.

tombapilot04 3 years ago
I didn't say embryonic stem cell research was a failed policy, I said it was unfair to ignore the shortfalls of Bush's presidency.

Then again Im sure you voted for the proven failed "Spread the Wealth" philosophy.
braden2005 3 years ago
Oh, so you actually fell for this video? I'm sorry, but all 8 years of Bush's presidency has been a disaster for this country. Not just the last 2 years. I think your arguments are one-sided. You probably listen to Rush Limbaugh and watch Bill O'Reilly on FOX News. I'm no politician, but even I can see how ironic this video is! Bush has been called a lame duck for a reason... (That, much I know, is an actual term in the language of politics.)
tombapilot04 3 years ago
Dont listen to Fox, Rush or Oriely
Give me some Bush Policies that put this country in "bad" shape?
-Dont say the Iraq war because the Iraq war was going to happen with or without Bush or Gore in office.
(less we forget.)
"Iraq's search for weapons of mass destruction has proven impossible to deter and we should assume that it will continue for as long as Saddam is in power." — Al Gore, Sept. 23, 2002
braden2005 3 years ago
On the contrary, braden2005... Don't forget that it was bad intelligence that led everyone to believe that Sudam actually had WMDs... This war certainly has landed the country in bad shape. If you don't call our deficit a problem, you are crazy! Bush's incompliance with the Geneva Conventions has widely been considered an international relations disaster. Inadequate funding of the No Child Left Behind Act. The ban on stem cell research sets us behind other countries in our scientific prominence.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
First of All Bush has increased education spending by 45% making him the Education President King.
Why adequately fund a system that is plagued with problems such as:
-Gaming' the system?
-standardized tests?
-Incentives against low-performing students?
-State refusal to produce non-English assessments
-Narrow curriculum
-Narrow definition of research
-Limitations on local control
In other words throwing money at a broken program wont fix it and people know this.
braden2005 3 years ago
Bush was a supporter of No child left behind. He was a driving force for No Child Left Behind.
Did he adequately fund his No Child Left Behind? No, he didn't
Our prominence in the scientific community among other countries has had a serious decline.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
Drill, dont Drill. Whatever. When people begin seeing oil prices go up it seems that wild refuges suddenly don't become important of an issue. You cant have icing on both sides of the cake.
No Child left behind to me could be one of those failed Policies. More money has been pumped into education that ever before. The US leads the world with per capita spending w/ $11,000 per student. Are you convinced that maybe its not the money that is the problem?
braden2005 3 years ago
I didn't say don't drill. I'm just against the "drill baby drill" dumbed-down attitude. If we are going to drill, we have to do it in a way that doesn't threaten the environment or the local ecosystems. If we are going to drill, we need to drill outside of protected habitats. All I ask is that we be as morally responsible as possible.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
And no, I was never a fan of No Child Left Behind, but if Bush is going to push it forward, he should have done a better job of funding it.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
To me "failed" doesnt mean I dont like it. Failed means it didnt work. Like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. They failed. In 2004 (R.) Congressman Baker warned democratic congresswoman of the crises. In that video I sent you Waters failed to heed his warning. She got a pass AND was reelected! There's the problem. That's a "FAILURE".
I'm still looking for the "failed" Bush Policies that Obama spoke of.
braden2005 3 years ago
Obama and his False "CHANGE" promises
-Obama blasted Bush's intelligence gathering methods. WSJ report Nov 11, 2008 "Intelligence Policy to Stay Largely Intact" Whoops!
-Obama asks Sec of Defense Robert Gates to remain. Whoops!
-The dastardly Bush Tax Cuts will remain intact. Whoops!
-He began his campaign stating he will have the troops by a date certain. 180 degrees later he now has adopted Bush's Iraq policy. Whoops!
and these things dont bother? This is the change you voted for?
braden2005 3 years ago
Obama blasted Bush's intelligence methods for good reason. (Just look at the intelligence gathered for the Invasion of Iraq!)
I don't think you are getting your facts straight braden2005. Why don't you wait and see what happens in the Obama presidency before you throw it out the window. I mean that seems like a pretty biased strategy to me...
Change comes in many forms, buddy. Just wait before you judge.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
Anyways, braden2005, I may not be a politician. But I can still tell that this video is one-sided (biased) and absurd. I can also see it as ironic, given the state of things. I'm sure these people can come up with more intelligent videos than this...
If you want to discuss the video, then I would suggest being as reasonable as possible. (Not one-sided, and with an always-right attitude.)
I'm sorry, but I really think that this is a waste of my time... Later.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
You said NCLB wasnt funded properly. I told you we spend more per student than any other country which ended that thread.
I dont really have an argument bout gay marriage. I see both sides as making sense so leave it to the states hands. The people should decide where we should drill.
Obama "blasted Bush's intelligence methods for good reason. " but says "Intelligence Policy to Stay Largely Intact" Its mind boggling.
The only thing Obama has changed is his mind towards the right. Im happy.
braden2005 3 years ago
I Asked if you could come up with one "failed" Bush Policy. You came up with policies you just don't like. Youre not the first I've asked the question to.
Everyday since about July Obama's views have become more and more to the right. McCain couldnt say anything because he needs to paint Obama to the left and couldnt do it. It's just mind bending how the left doesnt really care Obama is Marching to the right-center.
braden2005 3 years ago
If Obama has moved to the right, I haven't disagreed with his stance on anything yet. I think it's good that he's willing to work with the right. But that doesn't mean he isn't one of the most liberal politicians out there today. Remember, he was given the title of most liberal senator.
To say that the intelligence methods won't change for the better is unfair. Bush has just been under fire for his untruthful intelligence of Iraqi WMDs.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
I gave you two policies. No Child Left Behind was a failure. He didn't fund it. He may have funded education, but he didn't adequately fund NCLB.
The Iraq policy hasn't failed, but it's been detrimental to the economy. Bush's decision to go to war with Iraq without UN approval has also lead to international criticism. We lost, what, over 4,000 soldiers in Iraq and we had no right to invade in the first place? I mean, I'm glad Sudam's out, but Bush sure didn't handle it right.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
"go to war with Iraq without UN approval" How was your stance on going to war with Kosovo?
"had no right to invade in the first place?"
-Iraqi Liberation Act of 1998
-UN Security Resolution 1441
-Operation Desert Fox
-No Fly Zones
-Years and years of listening to this mantra
"Iraq is a long way from [here], but what happens there matters a great deal here. For the risks that the leaders of a rogue state will use nuclear, chemical or biological weapons (cont)
braden2005 3 years ago
...against us or our allies is the greatest security threat we face." — Madeline Albright, Feb 18, 1998
Sen. Hillary Clinton Oct, 2002
braden2005 3 years ago
"Unlike the gulf war, many experts believe Saddam would resort to chemical and biological weapons against our troops in a desperate -attempt to save his regime if he believes he and his regime are ultimately threatened."
Sen. Ted Kennedy Oct. 8, 2002
But NOW that the threat is gone its easy to can say "Iraq and we had no right to invade"
braden2005 3 years ago
Now, I don't think it's fair to ignore the shortfalls of the Bush presidency. Namely:
Ban on embryonic stem cell research.
Incompliance with the Geneva conventions.
He's lowered our international relations status by going to war without UN approval and lacking in his diplomacy efforts.
We're in the middle of a financial crisis due largely to deregulation.
Lack of leadership on the front of the environment.
Etc.
He also hasn't been a very good role model in front of cameras.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
"lacking in his diplomacy efforts." 49 countries contributed to the Iraq coalition in March 2003. How many SHOULD it of been? 33 of those 49 countries provided troops to support the occupation after the invasion was complete.
"We're in the middle of a financial crisis due largely to deregulation." BOTH parties can share the blame as far back as 1999 when Clinton and the Republican Congress in October of 1999 deregulated the financial district.
braden2005 3 years ago
I'm sorry, but when Bush urges against talks, and the democrats have to deviate from the norm and talk with other countries, I'd say that Bush is lacking in his diplomacy efforts... And, the U.S. was the first to go into Iraq. Many countries followed, but the U.S. went in without UN approval.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
"Many countries followed," 49 countries. You and I would spend all day trying to just name 49 countries. It was a HUGE coalition. I have no clue how people once called the war lost give no credit for now obviously winning. they just hate Bush.
"the U.S. went in without UN approval. " Once again. I can bet the Farm you did or don't care about the War in Kosovo not having UN support. But since your guy was in office I'll let that slide.
braden2005 3 years ago
But, you know, I really don't want to discuss politics anymore. This video is absurd, that's all.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
"The video is 100% accurate"
If your done just to let you know Kosovo had no UN clearance either BUT that war was ok. It s just the double standard that keeps be going.
AND why is Obama meeting with dastardly McCain who is 94% Dastardly Bush who "ruined" this country?
braden2005 3 years ago
100% accurate? Are you kidding me?! I want you to watch this video again and tell me that democratic statements were given after their discovery that the intelligence was flawed. I want you to tell me that this vidoe isn't one-sided, misleading, or demeaning.
If you want to discuss the video, then I would suggest being as reasonable as possible. (Not one-sided, and with an always-right attitude.)
I'm sorry, but I really think that this is a waste of my time... Later.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
The flawed intel was realized after the war began. "Liberate Iraq"-It started with Clinton carried over by George Tenet, given to Bush. Both sides believed that the tons of unaccounted for WMD were still in Iraq in March of 2003. The point made is people forget the large part BOTH parties had in the lead up to the war. Not that they still believed it after the WMD closets were empty. Thus the video is 100% accurate. Hillary does look more like Alfred E Newman than Bush ever did.

-braden2005 AKA WireWerksTV
braden2005 3 years ago
I wasn't paying attention to politics during the Kosovo conflict (or during the Clintion years for that matter) because I was only like 14 when Bush came into office. That's why I didn't address it.
When you call the Iraq war a success, you have to ask yourself, "In what manner?". Did we ever find WMDs? No. That was the primary "reason" for invasion. Bush misled us, and I don't know about you, but I don't like being misled.
100% accurate? Newman? Are you joking? I didn't see a resemblance.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
-The UN rejected Military Action for Kosovo just like they did for Iraq. Everybody was fine with the that war despite UN support but when we go into Iraq as did Clinton THAT's Wrong.
-Mislead> Its been investigated by the non partisan Robb Silberman investigation -Nobody intentionally mislead instead it was as you said "Flawed" information. Read Joint Resolution to Authorize the Use of United States Armed Forces Against Iraq, take out ref. for WMD you still got a very good reason for war.
braden2005 3 years ago
Maybe that's because the intelligence was actaully accurate for Kosovo, whereas for Iraq it wasn't? Did you ever think of that?! Probably not, since you are one-sided and biased on the issue. Next time make a more honest video. (Not that I care. I'd rather you continue making videos like this because it just goes to show how corrupt the right can be...)(I think the right has lost it's way, thus that means I'll only vote for a republican if I feel he'll do a good job.)
tombapilot04 3 years ago
Your point was that Iraq was a bad idea diplomatically because of no UN sanction to do so. I said Kosovo wasn't sanction by the UN either. Even with the bad intel on WMD if you read Iraqi Liberation Act of 1998 and UN Resolution 1441 and The Joint Resolution you still have plenty of other reasons for the ousting of Saddam. Plan and simple. Have you even read these articles before this discussion?
braden2005 3 years ago

The fact that you claim the video is dishonest and corrupt but can't show me where makes YOU look dishonest. Watch the video I sent you. With Social spending up 45% under Bush they have lost their way. With Obama telling Joe the plumber "We need to spread the wealth" that's way way way lost the way.
braden2005 3 years ago
Do you know why people say they hate politics? It's because people don't like the negative one-sided attacks from people like you! It's because whenever people like you present their material, they purposely do it in the most unbalanced, misleading way and it most certainly doesn't represent the big picture. I'm sure that if I were a dishonest left-winger, I'd be throwing laughable facts at you to!
Don't think I can't see right through it. They didn't call it a lame duck presidency for noth'n
tombapilot04 3 years ago
Youve made a claim that the video is "Dishonest" I asked you to tell me what is not factual about the video. You can't seem to do it. Until you do that makes your claim bogus and disengenuine now doesn't it?
Obama promised McCain he would adhere to campaign finance limitation as soon as the money came in Obama balked on the deal and out campaigned McCain by $300 million. But that's ok because he's your guy. As long as he's your guy he gets a pass. You call me dishonest and have nil to show.
braden2005 3 years ago
If Bush was so bad why did it take almost $600 million to put a democrat in office? Youve made no comment on Clinton/Congress 1999 degregutlaion plan and Maxine Waters telling Congressman Baker Fannie Mae and Freddi Mac are perfectly soun after he dare sugest that they are on a crash course. I love these discussions with lleft wingers becuase this stuff is all news to them. Theyve never heard of this before. It causes the brain to think a little. Like the "How Obama got elected" video.

"Ban on embryonic stem cell research."
While your obviously wrong.
braden2005 3 years ago
Sorry, according to you stem cell reasearch was not a"failed" policy. I just get so confused becuase I'm trying to search for what you said WAS a failed policy.
braden2005 3 years ago
First off, I didn't say it was a failed policy. I said it was a short fall, and I said it is unfair to ignore the shortfalls. I did point out two failed policies, the "ban" wasn't one of them.
We call it a ban because what it is is a ban on federal funding. What Bush did was veto a bill, called the Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act, which prevented federal funding of stem cell research on lines of stem cells derived from discarded human embryos.
Now the U.S. is lagging behind in this area
tombapilot04 3 years ago
Correct. But not a ban on Stem Cell Research.
Ok, Im done.
I tried to expalin I was mistaken on the "Stem Cell" research policy" You didnt say it was a failed policy.
braden2005 3 years ago
I sure don't feel like the country has been heading in the right direction for the last 8 years.
Our standing in the international community sure hasn't improved. (In fact it has taken a nose dive.)
Our economy is in the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression.
You think we are better off? I don't even think we are at par! This video is demeaning, misleading, and dishonest. I didn't expect the video to be taken down, I'm just surprised anyone could still endorse Bush policies.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
As a democrat, I have several problems with Bush: I don't like the idea of privatizing social security (I know it failed). I don't think that his banning of embryonic stem cell research was an educated decision. I don't like the idea of having restricted gay rights. I strongly disagree with Bush's incompliance with the Geneva conventions. I strongly disagree with drilling in wildlife refuges. I am disappointed in his education policies. I am disappointed in his non-diplomacy strategies.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
"restricted gay rights" Again what POWER does the president have? 40 of 50 states believe marriage is between a man and a woman not a man and a man. What can Bush do to allow people to change their minds?
When asked at the VP debate "Do you support gay marriage?"
Biden said "No. Barack Obama nor I support redefining from a civil side what constitutes marriage. We do not support that"
And you voted for him anyway didn't you?
braden2005 3 years ago
Bush proposed an amendment that would ban gay marriages. I don't care if he doesn't call it marriage, gays deserve equal rights. Civil unions create a state of separate but equal in the country. Bush supports DOMA. Obama wants to repeal it.
tombapilot04 3 years ago
"equal rights." The government has stated in bigamy cases Reynolds v. US it can not interfere in religious matters but it can make certain practices legal or illegal. 4 out of 5 states see marriage first as a religious practice between a man a a woman. (I dont think the govnmnt should be involved with religious practice at all.) Let FLDS marry more than one wife. Let Joe marry his sister. I dont care. But the law states Marriage is a practice. Not a civil right.
Either way...blame the people.
braden2005 3 years ago

But I also think he has served our nations international standing poorly...
tombapilot04 3 years ago
Again he has spent more on alternative energy funding than any other president. EH signed the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007
"Kyoto Protocol" On Average the countries that have agreed to abide by Kyoto have seen an avg. increase of emissions by %22 while the USA has had only a 16% increase in emissions by NOT abiding by Kyoto standards.
Meanwhile China and India co2 emission has increased by 51%. So Kyoto is BS.
braden2005 3 years ago
As the President he serves everyone. and Everyone does not view your environmental views. Did you know its not the presidents job to make sure we all recycle, safe animals, have gay marriage, save trees. Did you know this? Did you know thats the job of state and local governments? Are you aware of this? It frightens me that people think the president is suppose to hold so much POWER.
braden2005 3 years ago
Sure, but he sure is the leader of our country and he is the driving force for such policies...
tombapilot04 3 years ago
"Drilling" The people of the Unties states want cheap energy self sufficiency. Not just the President. The PEOPLE. Let the people decide where, when and how we drill. Bush lifts executive ban on offshore oil drilling in July 14, 2008 the next day oil prices fell and continued to fall and havnt gone up since.
-I dont think you have really answered my question. Which policy has Bush passed that has FAILED? (Like as in....we DID that and it didn't work?) Thats what failed means.
braden2005 3 years ago

Yep very little inflation.)
tombapilot04 3 years ago
Deat Tom,
Tax cuts for "Rich".
BUT then the left wanted to make sure poor people could buy homes with bad credit and WHAMO!
braden2005 3 years ago
"Yep, the national deficit hasn't increased at all" Thats right Bush supported left nut wing causes and increased Social Spending by 45%. HE DID WHAT the LEFT wanted him to do and then GAVE him no credit.

So what is Obama's Iraq plan now?
Same as Bush's.
What is Obamas economy plan?
Raise Taxes on those making $150k or more.
What does that do?
Forces business to raise their prices on products and services and cut jobs.
What does that mean?
More job losses and the consumers will end up paying more for products and services in Obamas economy not the "rich".
What does that mean?
It means Obama will be waving a SUCKERS flag tomorrow night becuase you cant figure this out on your own.

1CountryIndivisible 3 years ago
"He lied to the people." So let me get this correct. He lied to the American people, which means so did CIA director George Tenet who was lying about WMD. Remember he was hired under Clinton. So Clinton too was also lying. Was Clinton lying when he signed the 1998 Iraqi Liberation Act of 1998? How about Russia, China, France? Their intel believed in Iraq WMD too. I'm 100% for legal action for EVERYONE who "lied".
Only because this "lie" has been investigated "over and over and over" again.

Good job on this Vid.
ON the end you forgot a couple of things.
PORTUGAL1010 3 years ago
Also Clinton did not have an actual Surplus. What Pelosi doesnt realize is that it was a projected surplus. What good is a surplus when you still have a national debt youre paying interest on? What people dont realize is that Bush was reelected because he was going to increase spending. He has kept all his promises! Social Spending UP 45%. Democrats LOVE this man they refer to as an idiot and don't even know it.
Check out part II link above.

Hey everybody, according to wirewerksTV, our taxes don't pay for the war in Iraq or this $700 billion bailout, our awesome GDP pays for it, because we're experiencing so much growth right now.
wirewerksTVisgay 3 years ago
WirewerksTV: 2008 1 quarter GDP growth= 0.9 % growth (poor yes) Negative growth? NO.
2nd quarter = 3.3% Negative Growth? NO!
Therefor we are NOT in a recession."
I got news for you douche bag; even if we're not in a recession, the miniscule GDP that we're pulling in sure as hell doesn't cover the cost of the war in Iraq or this $700 billion bailout that Bush is proposing. So you can blow all of your flawed statistics out your ass.
wirewerksTVisgay 3 years ago
So why is Bush supporting this $700 billion bailout? What happened to Mr. "hands off government works the best?" Now he wants 700 billion to bail out financial institutions that are suffering the consequences of their unethical business practices after the fucking moron just gave back billions in the form of "stimulus checks." WTF?? I guess small government doesn't work so well after all! They give us a little bit of money, and then they take it right back! Wow, what a concept!
wirewerksTVisgay 3 years ago
> What happened to Mr. "hands off government works the best?"
Bush misunderstood, back when Grover Norquist gleefully squealed about "drowning government in a bathtub."
Bush thought he meant "drown *America* in a bathtub", while the Government grows to a size, power, and general intrusiveness that would have put Stalin's Russia to shame!
Oopsy.
Nice to see Bush looking actually scared, though. He deserves it.
