A very clever sociological inquiry. It seems that nudity is only inappropriate in certain context.The overall piece was very dark. It would have been nice to have had the colour of the hair and tones of the body come through a little more through the use of more light. Also, the white flashes seemed to add nothing to the piece other than distraction. Overall a really well constructed YouTube submission. Congratulations.

@toddandhisdog You got it right . it is a sociological experiment , yes it is meant to be dark, the flashes are for 2 reasons to edit out anything that wont pass the censor and to create a deliberate distraction as to keep the mind from wandering into its own fantasy (well for male viewers mostly)

How does this not reinforce the "ideal body" type? I appreciate the courage to dance nude...or perhaps the narcissism, but nearly all these dancers look toned and shapely. Where is the reflection of real life in this "art". And what is it's purpose? To celebrate "beauty"? Yes, these dancers are beautiful but represent a small segment of our species and yet are held up as "art".

Some people are better looking than others. However standards of beauty might evolve, there always have been indices of attractiveness. Most grown-up people can simultaneously admire great beauty, admit that they do not quite attain it themsleves :-) , yet not get trapped into a poisonous prison of self-punishment or regret or guilt or anger that they do not match the ideal. To the non-envious soul, the beauty of Aphrodite is a source of pleasure and inspiration not a burden.
