Ah, but for many, meditation is going within to connect to Source. It is about quieting the thoughts which are actually from external 'programming' so that we can 'hear ourselves think' . It is about finding clarity, and experiencing ourselves as part of Source.

It is the negative programming (or 'tapes' ) that play over and over in our heads that is the 'monkey mind'. As Esther says in other segments, how it makes you feel - positive or negative - reveals the difference.
