  • just curious I am wanting to learn running technique, I can run a 4.76 laser timed off the pad 40 yard dash with spikes on but I just power through the 40. the coaches told me if I could relax and have higher knees and a good knee drive I could run 4.6's maybe 4.5's and run a 10.7-10.8 100 meter dash and thats based upon me running a laser timed 10.22 90 meter.
