  • all you have to do to beat it is go 175 mph proven on top gear

  • Pigs want cash lets rape the people. Who can stop them no one

  • i drive a nissan gtr alpha 12 (i work for the company and could never afford it lol) but let me get to the point over here in uk well Ireland as were the company is based im always getting pulled over because imp young im always hearing the same shit from them slow down or you went around that corner too fast and so on but the thing is for them to catch up with me they have to drive fast.....and because there 'trained' its ok..lol fuck off

  • In over 35 of the 50 states in the US, anything related to a Loover is now illegal, for obstruction of a license plate, and most police officers are told by the department to tell the owner that they can't see their tags, even if they can. Money hungry government: 1, Taxpayers: 0

  • Speed cameras can be beaten. The BBC proved it /watch?v=ph-qv4gYAE8

  • When the revolution comes every politician and bureaucrat who brought speed cameras to the road is going to find them selves standing up against a nice freshly whitewashed wall.

  • actaully there is a 100% fool proof way of beating all traffic cameras all of the time, and that is to not go over the speed limit and not jump red lights or use bus lanes Etc. I realise this is a bit boring, but if you have something like tomtom that tells you when they are coming up you can slow down in time. In the UK if someone has gone passed a bizzie with a speed gun they will normally flash the on coming traffic to warn them, which is nice.

  • Comment removed

  • Well look i passed a red light and never got caught but i thought i did and i did there was no flash they just took a picture and it was at night guess what after 26 days a bill comes for 50.00 i had to pay and learnded my lesson

  • Trick from TAXI film....

  • watch top gear you can beat it with speed

  • @MrNxjohn Don't be fooled... that top gear stuff only works with GATSO speed camera... anything else and your caught because they don't use flash

  • @SuicidalLooney Are you saying that other cameras don't use a flash or gatso camera don't use a flash. The ones that I have seen (gatso) do use a flash. I could sort of see that maybe if they didn't use a flash they would be quicker which is I think what you are saying, but by using a flash the camera could have a faster shutter speed and be faster than none flash cameras, I don't think that having a flash would slow them down much anyway. The Top Gear thing used actual roadside equipment

  • @yakacm What i am saying to you is, the only camera in service on british roads that uses a road are GATSO, the only purpose of the flash is to take a clear image of the number plate for human reading. Other cameras don't uise a flash because the number plates aren't read by humans... they use auto number plate reading equipment, like SPECS, so it makes no difference how fast you are going, once they've recorded your number plate they can calculate your speed between 2 points without a flash

  • @SuicidalLooney Ah I get you, I think the top gear thing was closer to real conditions because they used an actual speed camera, I did see the Myth Busters epidode but I can't recall how fast they ended up going. Saying all that I was really surprised that Top Gear managed to beat the camera, make u wonder if they didn't cheat. Half the time the camera don't actually take a picture anyway because they are full and need to be serviced, I have been flashed a couple of times & not been done.

  • @yakacm Hmm yes, i too have been flashed, whilst changing lanes and the camera flashed but i never got a ticket.... their are rumours that if you change lanes while you are being flashed the reading or image will not be sufficient... it's a rumour and i highly doubt it's true. Everything to do with the car is taken into consideration though

  • love that show

  • If you put shrink wrap (cling film) over your number plate, it causes a back flash of the SPEED camera, making your number plate look like a white rectangle on the back of your car. The camera will not read your reg plate.

  • @garywilton1980 they literally disproved that on this show.....

  • lamborghini, not the best supercar to beat a speed camera if im honest...

  • lots of hotrods have those today.....hideaway plate

  • would like one of those number plates on my car lol

  • yeahhh dodge neon!!!

  • The plate covers don't work???

  • right heres the plan lets build a beautiful flat road then fuck it up with concrete humps then lets put a camera on side to slow people up then lets hide a copper in the hedge with speed gun as well then when the frost makes big holes in road lets leave them so it fucks peoples suspension.

  • old trick

im sorry they didnt show any credit to the creators of a 1980s cannonball race movie :)

  • In the UK if your driving at over 172 mph the speed camera cant take two pictures quickly enough, but who wants to try??

  • @wilkinwonder a motorcycle doh

  • Comment removed

  • ENVY DIS

  • if you get caught on camera still contest it.. there have been many of people who went to jail because they 'looked' like someone else, why not reverse the role... depending on where you are, you cannot give the car the charge, it is an object, it would be the same as holding the bullet accountable for murder... but if the gov wants to fku then, well your fked anyway...

  • agreed pojo!

  • imagine if it took the picture right when it was halfway flipped. thats a problem lol

  • "How to beat a speed a camera"

    you don't speed.

  • @pojo205 - thats not beating it. thats letting it beat you!

  • no point having a licence plate flipper when u dont know where the camera is! unless u drive everywhere with the wrong plate of course!

  • They can't catch me drink driving with no insurance or licence!!! Illegal immigrants like me know who's winning!! Dumb UK people paying for insurance and shit like that still no better off than me lol lol

  • their license plate should say "busted".

  • interesting. guys at topgear beat a speed camara at a mear 170mph. can you retry your goes please

  • Great jOb

  • but this would mean we would have to know where they all are lol.....fuck the speed cams and private companies i hate a cover that worked but way to hot the spray i dont know

  • @r1killen go online, you can find their locations almost anywhere you look

  • haha, thought so.

  • Speed cameras are revenue enhancers PERIOD. They have nothing to do with safety of motorists or safety of construction workers. The suck holes in MD put this dude in a white truck on the shoulder, who SLEEPS, at 5:30a.m. taking pictures. There was not one single worker on the highway that early. Then when I came back at 2:30p.m. he wa snowhere to be seen. Also the camera flashed at 5 mph over.

  • "It is extremely easy to beat this type of ticket in court. Your easiest defense is to simply throw the ticket away. If it does not come with a return receipt that requires a signature, there is no proof that you actually got the ticket."

-Norman G. Fernandez, attorney, free ebook: How to Beat a Speeding Ticket, chapter Photo RADAR

  • It can be done, watch 'Top Gear - Richard Hammond vs the speed camera'.

  • FYI:

FLIPAPLATE . com sells a plate flipper!!!

  • how about you don't speed? wouldnt that be a good way to avoid getting a ticket?

  • it would be sick if you could have the glass that goes blurry when u pass electricty through it

so it looks normal but when u come near a camera just press a button

  • hahahahahha i did my home work and i found the perfect way to make the plate invisible to a digital camera hehehehe and it does not alternate anithing on the plate .. ok some drill hole in the car but nothing massive heheh some one whant to know ill tell them but in private so the trick will stay ... sooo anyone

  • Nice. We need this setup for our next shoot for sure...

  • lol

  • i dont get this.. in England/ Usa they always give the owner of the car the ticket not the driver? Since when is it not the drivers responsibillity to drive legal? So i can take borrow my friends car, or rent a car, and drive with it into an camera in 120 mph so my friend/ the renting company will get a fat ticket and loose their driving licens for something I DID? Thats really stupid

  • @karandip90 Well the its all done by mail and not in person. They dont know who the driver is so they just have to give the ticket to the owner which is stupid but its the easiest way for the law to place a ticket on someone. They dont want to go out looking for the driver.

  • @futboleroR10 i know its made by post lol, i have myself driven into many cameras flashing in speeds of 3x speed limits. In sweden the cameras take a picture of the driver also tho, and then the police check all family members faces to match with the foto. If the police cant confirm the driver tho, the case is put down, no ticket is send. This is abused tho by people driving with their sunshelters down for example to hide their faces. But i dont understand why usa dont uses these too. its the

  • @futboleroR10 its easier by the way u do it yes sure, but an even easier way would just be to send out a ticket to every bloody guy in the whole usa even tho they might not even own a drivings licens lol. Reason: "Its easier". But what about proofs? Doesn't "judging the right person" count anything in the US?

  • @karandip90 Apperrantl judging the right person doesn't matter when it comes to a traffic ticket. Yeah, the US is fucked up like that.

  • luckily we don't have these around where we live but I am sure they will eventually put them in. Be nice if the damn police would actually fight crime instead of harassing hard working people who are going a couple MPH over the speed limit.

  • I live in Az and July 16 baby all the highway speed camera come down. I'm against the cameras, but i don't think people should be going 100 MPH.

O and if your not passing get the hell out of the fast lane.

  • This is nothing compared to what's coming. New imaging technology combined with high capacity database access will mean law disregaurding motorist won't be able to hide anywhere. Not even in your home.

  • here is a very real implementation of this on a motorcycle caught by the police in Tel Aviv - qGfm20UlrvA

  • Don't Speed! Duh!

Speed kills. I'm in EMS. I see the results.

  • @robertgift You cant kill me I was born dead

  • Well, mythbusters cannot tell ppl if or how they do these kind of things. I believe no matter what episode u see where there is something like this. it wont ever succeed completely

  • I am going to bed

  • You can beat the camera by speed... they did it on top gear with a TRV... was about 176mph or something they went.

  • damn that's not nice, your teaching thie'fs a lesson

  • ofc seems you like to pay tickets and get points :)

  • buy photostopper spray it works

  • Has anyone tried just placing small flash heads, triggered by the speed camera's flash, around the license plate? If speed cameras use the same technology as regular cameras, this will result in overexposure which will likely hide the plate number. The flash heads could be made to appear like reflective strips, which will conceal their true purpose to an observing officer. Of course, this offers no solution during daylight hours when flash isn't used by speed cameras.

  • they just change the contrast of the image.

    its been busted too.

  • where can i watch the whole episode

  • discovery website. you'll have too look through them though.

  • urbex2007 i live in montgomery county it's so insane how many cameras we have a can't wait to leave it's so annoying, just another sign of ppl becoming more strict

  • I agree, some misguided people call them safety cameras which is silly. They do little to prevent accidents, some cause them when everyone brakes hard and bunches up! Speed cameras are best with a bit of Thermite on the top.

  • This is so true.

And the thermite part... If I were only tall enough to reach the ones here in Plano Texas.

They're testing it out on Jupiter Rd.... I would kill to have access to destroying them. I haven't found out a way yet.

  • @psychoninja911 you can buy potassium nitrate off ebay in crystal form buy some lead piping some cannon fuse off another web site (suggest powderising the potassium with a non metalic pestal and mortar) and you got a bomb stick camera light and speed off (away from view obviously) people need to start doin ths terorise the state the way they terrorise us

  • @psychoninja911 shoot them, duh!

(you live in Texas how you haven't thought of this already is beyond me)

  • @urbex2007 or bomb like that guy on crimbo nail bombed a camera hes my true hero

  • @urbex2007 Well, said. Only a cheap way for the state to get more money.

  • @urbex2007 can you buy thermite ? where at ?

  • @rhcpfan214 Get a GPS with a speed camera sensor and stop being a fucking idiot. Idiot.

  • pause 1:41 look word chris norris lol

  • Put swastika on these sticks.

  • I believe it is 100% possible to beat the camera,I'm sure the MB's know it to..Naturally they're not going to show you how its done.

  • If only everyone blew up there local camera.... ideal world

  • James Bond's car had triple plates on it.

  • This is crap. It would be illegal in America anway to put glitter all over your plates. The real way to do it is to buy the $30 infrared dye. Its invisible. And the IR of the photo radar hates it. And shows a blurr in the photo. Check out my name video for the real Photo Blocker of Police radars. We tested it with local police, and it works. A bunch of hi power IR LEDS, and a little IR paint can go a long way. And it's all invisible to the naked eye. Not like this glitter crap.

  • it's much easier than that. You can beat it by installing a slave flash unit. :D

  • now that's something useful which is on TV

  • instead of speed cameras , why don't care manufacturers limit the speed of cars?

  • hahaha because rev-heads would figure out to change them back : ) also this would mean having to install this governor type system on all cars made before this change which would be impossible to co-ordinate

  • The already do but its easy to remove with af computer.

  • cuz thats gay

  • let the gov't try and put a speed governor on... wayyyyyy to many people would just slap it in the face and take it out then set it on fire once its out of the car.....

  • HA HA yeah thats cool. Check out my video on speed cameras. It sheds a little light on the REAL agenda behind these cameras. Its the only video I got sooo...

  • and whats the real agenda?

  • They did beat it with sheer speed in a later episode.

They used a jet car and it went by faster then the shutter in the camera could actuate.

Another trick I'm surprised they didn't try LCD over the license plate.

But yes speed cameras do cause more accidents they prevent as they cause people to slam on their brakes at the last second.

  • hmm ive not tried it before but if you used a materal that you can see through with your eyes but cant see with a flash of a cam

  • tried them all, sprays & lenses THEY DON"T WORK. : (

    don't waste your money FAIL

I now drive at speed limit.

  • did you try using

Rocky Mountain RMR-C450 Radar/Laser Detector & Scrambler: Anti Photo-Radar License Plate Cover - Original Protector

  • In Australia radar detectors are illegal and attract a fine of $1,200 , I KNOW B'CAUSE I GOT BUSTED wearing one "whistler" FAIL

Tried photo blocker sprays FAIL, tried PHOTO BLOCKER fresnel lens cover FAIL I don't know what's it like for you, but here in Australia it's full of speed cameras traps, red light cameras and cops equipped with licence plate instant ID detection devices. Not to mention the parking police issuing parking tickets on every street in the CBD.

    I

  • That sound like a bum deal mate! Glad I am not down there.

  • there is an spray paint that makes your license plate shine so much that the flash of camara will make the numbers not visible.

I don't know if is true, but I friend told me about it lol.

that would beat the ticket + jail time for having a rotating licence plate.

  • The sprays dont work. They busted that myth on this program....were you listening? lol.

  • Cops confess to shooting redlight camera, all charges dismissed against accused shooter: youtube watch?v=25wIadTDcXo

  • what lambo is that?

  • 1992 jalpa

  • Notice the camera they used was not the standard type in speed camera boxes (probably had a higher shutter speed then most), at least not near Michigan.

  • That was a Nikon D2X they showed. That is the same camera they use in the USA for speed camera traps...

  • top gear proved that you can beat it at 170 mph. thats a british camera though if that makes a difference

  • So if the cops start looking for that car...throw some vinyls on it. hahaha

  • LOL, genius!

  • they arent scientists idiot - they are special effects people

  • you can beat the speed camara!!!. Top Gear has done it. You just need to drive at 172 mph (seriously) lol.

  • Comment removed

  • shit I would use that, fuck the cops. Theres is no way for a anyone to know what is built into the bumper. Just look for cops before you use it.lol.

  • No they aren't. Do some research

  • No they don't. People hate the speed camera because it is the easiest, and possibly becoming the ONLY way the cops can be lazy cunts and hand out penalties, making some extra income for their own pockets. Going 35mph in a 30mph zone isn't particularly life-threatening, it's just going slightly faster than you're supposed to. It's also been proven that these things claim more lives than they save, due to people slamming on the brakes, causing an accident, or skidding into something/someone.

  • Obviously not, because that is too high. It's the principle of the whole thing. Wasting time catching innocent people when they could be using that time to catch far from innocent people. Like murderers or drug dealers. Motorists are not worse than those 2, no matter how you try and angle your argument to say so.

Also, read the reply from the PM you sent me.

  • no, actually we all would like Montana's speed laws, unposted speed limit of 100mph (normal weather) and it's only a $5 dollar ticket for "wasting gas" or something like that and it costs them $10-15 to process it, so they don't hand out too many unless you're just bein' stupid. At least that's what it used to be... it may have changed in the last few years I haven't looked into that...

  • driving 100 mph is fine under the right circumstances, if there is clearly enough road vision to see a deer on the side of the road then you are fine dude.

  • It doesn't matter what the speed limit is. People will alwyays think they have the right to go over it, that's my point.

You could raise the speed limit to 150 and then people will start saying "Why can't I go 155?"

  • lol ban speed limits! let dumbasses die!

  • great idea, except that speeders pose a risk to other drivers and property...there are very few things in life we can do that don't have an effect on someone else

  • i guess its fine to let the dumb-asses die, but its not fair for does who die with out any reason of speeding..

  • but those dumbass will crash and harm others

  • that sounds awesome...i bet you dont have many crashes :\ i hate speed limits. Most speed limits in australia are 70km/h, with 100km/h on the freeway, but we have like 1 freeway per city. Country roads are 110km/h.

70km/h = about 32mph...so yea we cant go very fast :(

  • By "one freeway per city", you mentioned the cities of how many inhabitants? It's still not bad after all, my country has almost none freeways, so one per city would be great, but of course I know the diffrence in the size of our countries ;]

  • @iamthestigsixsixsix u say 35 in a 30 zone isn't a big deal, a 30 zone is usually in an urban or residential area and the extra five mile an hour when hitting a pedestrian or cyclist can and often does be the difference between injury and death,

  • @reilly972008 You actually believed that ad? Whether you live or whether you die getting hit by a car is down to pure chance. It depends on many factors such as how you land, how you were hit and by what vehicle you were hit by. Sure you can argue that you're more likely to die if you're hit at a higher speed, and I'm not disputing that, but putting it down to just speed is foolish. People have survived being hit by a car at 70, and people have died being hit by a car at 10. Pure chance.

  • @iamthestigsixsixsix i agree with you that there are lots of other factors that come into play, but speed is one of the factors so you have to do everything possible to increase someones safety even if it may only increase a very small amount. i dont think its down to "pure chance" as you say, and also i know its shit gettin done for 35 in a 30 but they do have to draw the line somewhere,

  • @reilly972008 Yeah I agree about drawing the line somewhere, but the cops are more interested in pulling people going slightly over the speed limit rather than going out and trying to tackle the real crime like druggies, muggers and all the other scummy fuckers out there. That is why almost everyone hates the things and have no respect for the law.

  • @iamthestigsixsixsix of course cops wanna do that. you know why? because normal people actually WILL pay the fine! while bad guys probably wont cuz they dont have money in the first place lol

  • @iamthestigsixsixsix lol, you're so misinformed it's funny. I hope you still login to this site so I can set you straight.

    1) Cops didn't come up with this idea, so it has nothing to do with them "being lazy cunts."

    2) They don't hand out the penalties. The courts do. Cops aren't involved in the mailing process.

    3) "...extra income for their own pockets" ROFL! Do you really believe that? You think that cops get to keep some of the fines that people pay from their tickets? Unreal.

  • @vladimirhorowitz

1: Cops didn't come up with it, but 99% of them are fan of them. It makes their job a whole lot easier, hence "lazy cunts"

2: Oh really? So if I get pulled over doing 40 in a 30 zone, a man in a robe and a funny wig brandishing a hammer will issue the fixed penalty? Interesting.

3: You obviously don't know about the quota that cops have to meet every week for a little bonus. Make X amount of arrests/fines and recieve Y amount of cash at the end of the month.

  • @iamthestigsixsixsix

    1. Oh, they're lazy because somebody ELSE made their life easier? Where are you getting your definition of "lazy" from? This can't be Random House...

    2. We're talking about being pulled over now?? Ok, see this video is about red light cameras. I think you might be in the wrong video.

    3. Even if there was a "quota" (a commonly spread myth), we're still talking about red light cameras. How would individual cops get credit for a machine's work?

  • I think the problem is that everytime a person dies due to something, let's say speeding, boundaries are placed. You just can't measure safe driving in miles per hour. I don't want people to worry about speed cameras while they drive - I want them to concentrate on the traffic!

  • Interesting how 20 years ago people never complained about cops with radar guns. Because they knew a cop couldn't pull over 50 cars at once, so they could get away with speeding. Today's cameras won't let them do that.

  • 1- If you want to do something, do it right.

    2- Same as 1

3- Other systems are well-built using quality materials as well.

    4- Yes we can.

    5- So?

  • You gotta see the REAL THING!

Visit FLIPPLATEcom, that thing works perfect!

  • Real thing? As if flipping down a plate is better than turning it over, as shown in this video!

One other thing, your site advertises illegal activities ranging from running red lights to stealing petrol at gas stations.

    Way to go, marketing team!

  • Yes, FLIPPLATEcom, the REAL THING, is much better than having an air powered rotating plate! it's a NO BRAINER!!

1- You don't have to modify your whole car to install

2- It installs in minutes, not days

3- Made from steel and stainless steel, there are no parts to break or become disconnected

4- If your plate mounts under the bumbper, on a metal bumper such as a truck, or on the trunk, you CAN NOT install a rotating plate

5- FLIPPLATE can hide your plate under your car or truck

    And so on... ;)

  • I would like to point out that yes, you'd get in much more trouble if you had that on your car, but it switches, how would they know its you?

  • Didn't I see something like that in an old James Bond movie?

    Always wanted one!

  • dide on guy in sydney go through a tunnel at like 300+km and beat it

  • I thought of this a long time ago. It should be much sleeker (like from a James Bond movie).

  • dude i got 2 get 1 of them on my car

  • I wish you would shut the fuck up, you fucking communist

  • These idiots put really nice cameras in these boxes. I have made about 30 grand after taking about 10 boxes.

  • thank you.

  • Sweet! Next time post a video of it. ;-)

  • @masteropie001 If you're being honest, then I salute you sir.

  • @masteropie001 Nikon D200 in the photo cameras I'm not sure about the video cameras. Im in AZ it's almost like England here Cameras at every other light and every 2.5 miles on the highway.
