It's easier to do this with some help, but it takes out all the fun of the game. It's a STEALTH game, so it's supposed to have STEALTH actions by the player, not some mercenaries or recruits do the game for you.

It's actually not too bad this way because we need consoles where one is cheaper with lower specs and an ultimate console that's pricey but higher specs. It balances out.
