  • Hello! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it

  • Righto, fruit...greens no problem. You should see how many bananas I purchased the other day -I was so excited I made a youtube clip about it. Nice to see you making more videos, haha I'm drinking a green smoothie right now (spinach, banana, blueberries, flax).
