Hey, I do not know about anyone else, but I only sub someone if I like their videos and I only want people to sub to me if they like my videos, of which i do work very hard on. Many days in some cases. I also have noticed that 95% of the "popular" people on Youtube don't give those that actually work for views, the time of day. Exception: HappySlip definitely rocks. Some people have written Excell programs that grab subscriber data and match it to data from the previous day and it highlights new subs and people who've unsubbed. I don't know exactly how it's done, but I've seen one of the Excel spreadsheets that someone was using before. That would alow them to run the script, see who has unsubbed, and go re-sub to them.
