well u can do this:
make a hole and in it rollercoaster.
build a glass wall all around the coaster.
fill the hole with water.
there u go.

Well, that wouldn't really be using the water pass glitch, just the natural effects of the game. Still, that would be an excellent idea to try out next time I get an afternoon to play RCT3!
