If you don't know how that's done, go into training mode, put input display on and hit MP them HP then release them both at the same time accept really fast, on motion. It's like hitting two buttons at the same time accept mp is hit slightly early. The input wil show two MP's pressed for one plink. ex. MP, MPHP it's basically an exploit to make hard combos easier when using a fightstick.

I wish Capcom had come up with a better name for Evil Ryu in the localized version. "Evil" was a fan classification when he appeared in the Alpha/Zero series. They should have called him something more ominous, like "Awakened Ryu" or "Unleashed Ryu".

In Japan, his full name is "Satsui no Hadō ni Mezameta Ryū" (aka "Satsui Ryū") which actually defines the murderous rage awakened in him. I just feel that "Evil" doesn't do the character justice. Even "Murderous Ryu" or "Enraged Ryu" would have been better.
