  • needs a sportster tank and wrap them pipes! but looks great so far! white walls wouldnt look bad on it either.

  • Rpl4like Is there any other good cruiser out there??? Ummmm not really. Im with this guy I'd rather ride then wrench so honda for me too

  • cool as a Talaxian winter.

  • What did you use to paint the engine and exhaust black? Did it start to change color with the engine heat?

  • I sure wish my wife would participate in working on my Honda shadow sabra 1100 with me and your bike is real sharp looking forward to seeing it finished

  • That's real nice I seen you jump when the wheel turned

  • Awesome bike man. I just sold my honda hurricane and looking to get a shadow to convert to a bobber. Any suggestions? How much did it cost you to get from point a to point b on the bike?

  • thank you for not puttin a gay fat ass tire on the back

  • Great job on this bike sir! Did you ever get the seat wrapped?? Where did you find the longer cables?

  • if the engine is tuned, especially with a hot cam,it'll have a lumpy idle.

  • my sportster has 35000 on it in 3yrs and starts 1st time every time its reliable ppl say they aint, but they prolly dont maintain their bike. looks awesome dude

  • very nice man! im dying to do a similar build to my fathers 99 shadow...

currently a bagger... but she would be a sweet bob. have already done intake mod with a couple sizes up on the jets (still a bit lean, but makes GREAT power, just hard starting at times), pipes (may make a new set, 2 into 1 will smooth out the curve in the midrange rpm), turned the timing back about 4 degrees (starts in a snap no matter the weather, no popping on decel). maybe the future will see port and fuel injection.

  • Is that the stock tank?

  • Nice bike, when u paint it the white needs to go...flat black baby!

  • I like the satin tank, don't know what to think about the white stuff, looks good overall, look nice to throw the odemeter away and grind off the mounts. if yer passing everyone yer going too fast. but it's cool. i dig it. where did you longer cables come from though? been wanting to add these zee bars i got to my 750 but can't find throttle cables long enough....

  • sounds cool ,do they idle that lumpy stock or did you have to modify it ?

  • ha ha i cant beleve you didnt say somthin like oh shit or anything when the handle bars turned i would have jumped for it

  • what size are the handlebars?

  • what size are the handlebars?

  • Hey man great looking bike! i just got a sweet deal on a 97. ???s Your rear fender is the hard tail bolted to some welded mounts on the swing arm? and does it die into the U of the swing arm welded or bolted? I really like how low your seat is, is it a seat pan and your own mounting brackets?

  • There are so many nice bikes on Youtube, I'm dizzy...How can a beginner make his mind up on who to be like??

  • @Elect4Sure be yourself buddy. but if you can't do that start buying the horse backstreet chops mag at the store and read everyword cover to cover.

  • So this is a Honda........ Honda Shadow... lol

  • Good Job, man! I've got a roadstar that i bobbed a few years ago, and I love it!

  • bike is off the hook man.i really like it and i'm very hard to please.excellent

  • Right on man I agree that it is not super custom build by any means. However I give you an A because for starters you did it yourself and from what I see you did it right so ride on man. Good job

  • I don't recall you claiming to be a master fabricator so dot listen to the opinionated. I don't know much about the bikes myself. Came across yours while looking up exhausts. Did you rejet your carbs? I ask because that's one thing I keep reading is that everyone who's done an exhaust has re jet the carbs and their idle seems a little smoother than this. Great start to an endless project.

  • Great bike man, even better SOUND! how'd u get it to sound so gooood? share the knowhow my man! grettings from Honduras Central America

  • I'm wanting to do the same thing with the rear fender and the seat on my bike,,,,Does anyone out there know what kind of seat setup that is called....email me at tirednmean at gmail . com

  • Dude I'm sorry, buying a 15 dollar trailer fender and some home depot strip steel to put together a bobbed rear end for your bike is all well and good, but it doesn't make you a master fabricater lets be honest with ourselves. All you need to make that setup is a power drill.some nuts and bolts and a cut off wheel if you want to shape it a little. don't get me wrong I love what you've done with the bike but share the knowledge or the style won't live on.

  • I like it but dude, that white seat.

  • old shcool?

  • cut those damn foot pegs off. or do people stand on them?

  • LOL its a lush bike but i have to agree with the foot pegs man.

  • what are the pipes you are using they sound amazing i got a honda shadow ACE 400cc

am not sure if i changed the stock 2in1 pipes would sound like that or not

  • bro which bike would be ideal for a 6 feet person?, a honda shadow600, 750 or a vulcan?

  • a 750 would be better,I am 5'9" and I have a vlx 600 that fits me but not my 6 foot friend, but try it before you buy it

  • I'm 6'2" and ride a 750 Shadow just fine. Of course, the forward controls are extended. But, otherwise it rides me perfectly.

  • im 6 4 and mine kills my back.

  • ok question , i have a 85 honda shadow 500cc and im wondering if a 600 motor would fit right in

  • I'm building an '83 Shadow 750 hardtail chopper -- and seeing/hearing yours was real inspiration! She sounds TUFF! Thanks for sharing it with us.

  • how much would you charge 2 build a back fender like yours unpainted?

  • i have the same bike chould u please tell me how u did that seat like that

  • nice

  • man, that's a very good lookin bike...Love the mods!!

  • sweet bike!! but lose the orange reflector no?

  • Shit sounds fine to me, and good throttle response

  • i had rejetted the carbs. and i dont really know what makes you think that it wasnt running right. i have been building and tuning engines since i was 14. and considering it had been sitting for a week with out running and was dead cold. it was running like it was supposed to be

  • @yelllowbowtie55 how did you get the rear shocks rigged up under the seat like that?

  • re jet the carbs with the pipes or get a pack if it's FI and it will run better.

  • awesome bike man. My bro has the same shadow and is looking for some way to bob it. I'm gonna' have him check this vid out. thanks for posting it man. nice ride.

  • awsome..2 thumbs up dude...

  • that is one bad ass bike, love the ape hanger. can you tell me where to find the front brake and the clucth cable line. im putting ape hanger for my honda too.

  • thats fuckin good work man

  • ghost moved your handle bar he wanted to take it for a ride lol

  • ghost rider

  • I'll be damned sounds like a harley.Cool bike bro!

  • yo wat kind of pipes, nice job

  • very cool bike

  • I just love it....exellent work!

  • awesome work! but, ummm, there's a F-ING REFLECTOR on your BOBBER!!!!!

  • yeah i know, i have since removed those. at the time the vid was took. i was only part way done.

  • awesome i think i would put white walls under it

  • Verry nice bike, canht find honda cables for apes can you help What did you use?

  • Good job.

  • ...also, what kind of paint did you use?

  • It looks great. I'm looking to do something similar to my 2005 shadow spirit and i have a question: What modification did you do to the frame? Thanks

  • What size ape hangers are you running on this beauty

  • i like it all. but lose the reflectors on the down tubes.

  • Awesome looking bobber, 2 questions, what type of rear fender is that and what type of seat is that? Thanks!

  • in short the fender and seat were custom fabricated from scratch by my yours truly

  • I'm bobbing a Shadow now. Your's looks great. Nice job.

  • I dig it

  • good sound

  • The bike looks amazing m8. Really low at the back with the short straight pipes and the apes at the front really gives that oldskool bobberchop look but on a bike thats reliable and smooth runnin'. Its just enspired me to purchase a 750shadow to mod. Great Job!!!!!!!!!

  • bike is awesome i got one but an 03 i was wondering where you got the pipes they look and sound great

  • dude, this is possibly the coolest honda iv ever seen. how hard is it to convert somthing like a vt705 into a bobber?

  • Isn't "classic Honda" an oxymoron? Looking forward to Harley's 105th this year! I'm not a Honda fan at all, but, will say that as far as Hondas go, you did a pretty nice job.

  • the first honda came out in 48 so no where as old as a harley but still pretty old, but your right classic honda is a bit of an oxymoron, but i appreciate the compliment on the bike.

  • Very nice build..I just dont like the pullback risers with those bars..But I am not riding it...but a great looking bike!!! I just finished my bobbed 77 FLH and posted it....Check it out!!!!!!

  • thanks, and i agree with you on the pull back riser, i have some straight ones i just havent gotten around to getting them installed. and very nice bike that you built as well

  • I like the bike ,but the seat looks like some amateur covered the seat. I would think about changing the seat . No offense.

  • mate some white walls on that would look sick

  • Did you just remove the mufflers? I just got an '08 and I'm looking to customize the exhaust. If that is how it sounds straight pipe, I might have to do that.

  • hm, i know that accelerating is not on first position by a bobber. but how fast is it? 0-60?

  • well your certainly welcome to your opinion but being as that i'm part japanese i deceided to style a jap bike, so if you dont like that then dont watch it but i dont need to have some retard white trash ass hole making stupid comments. its not about what you ride its just about riding. besides did you build your bike, or did you buy it all shiny and ready to go. or do you even ride you stupid manko!!!(yeah its jap talk there ass wipe)

  • oh man, touchy little fella, huh? Take it easy dude, jap-crap is a term that tons of people use and its harmless. Grow some thicker skin (even if it is yellow). Now that was funny.

  • owned :)

  • oh man, no one can take a joke these days. Its a nice bike dude, nice work.

  • Great lookin'... Great job...

I myself dont like bobbers so much, but that's a nice looking bike...

  • ahh kool. look very very nice though m8.

  • What chopper kit did you put on this? n where can u buy it from ?

  • no chopper kit, the fender, the fender struts, the seat and the handlebars i made, so unfourtunatley there is no where to buy a kit like this. sorry

  • So clean very nice

  • whoops..did a little research and realized its a 750 tank...my bad

  • what kind of tank is that..a HD? it looks sweet and I'd love to do one on my vt1100!!

  • hell, i like the fat tank! it sounds good too!

  • Reeeeaaally nice bike! I like the paint! ;) My Shadow has same colour. Love it!

Have fun with it and try to get the seat black too! ;)

  • where can i find parts like your rear fender and seat?

  • the fender and rear seat i made custom. so i'm not sure where you can find them

  • What size apes did you use?

  • 16's

  • Nice bike man is that the stock rear end?

  • yes stock shaft drive. helps to keep it unique

  • Did you spray paint it ?

  • as of know its just spray paint yes. but will be getting some new black paint via actual paint gun once all mock up is done and graphics are on. but will still be the same flat black

  • oh man! very nice work! i think the only thing is missing is a thinner fuel tank, but besides that you've made a very nice job

  • Looks good.

  • Cool video... Nice job on the bike, i like the way you kept it black and classy and didn't deck it out. it looks sweet bro!
