my dad was a host on this show lmfao!!! but im trying to find some of the recordings of him. he said he has the tapes but i never asked to watch them lmao. if you have more tapes or know where i can see more videos of this show in the 80s that would be great lol
AH! 1080P showed so much promise then... who would have thunk the trail of bodies that he'd leave in his wake... 25 years and all that has really changed is the hairline. Ha! 1080P is the consummate (and recruiting still!) lounge entertainer,.
oh man. i remember the graininess. i used to watch catch-22 when I was 11, 12. 1983 baby. I watched Frank Harlan's new wave vids. awesome. I don't remember Eddie P., but I heard the name.
I can't prove it but I think I'm the VJ you replaced. I did overnights at Catch 22 in 85-86 under the name "Jack Stevens." I am still proud of the work I did there with my friend and PD Richard Hadley.
I used to work for a limo service called Limo 56. We contracted a deal with Catch 22 for airtime-commercial,in exchange of limo rental. Cheezy commercial with me, friends and the owner of the Limo 56, arriving at a Spenard nightclub that was formerly a popular strip club. Is there chance of finding that commerical and getting a copy? It's was very low budget but my copy was sent to my boyfriend in AZ at the time and never seen again.
Hey jradical, who is your dad? And yes those were the good ole days.

I'm the guy that replaced Frank Harlan(under the name Jack Stevens). And I think Eddie replaced me. That was one of the coolest gigs I ever had.
