@therichguy319 Same thing happened to me. I have the newer one - The "sharp cdsw340h". My cd place broke a couple of weeks ago. I've tried to get them out. Only once I did. I Turned the hifi off and then on and as soon as it was on, press eject and they came out. If you have cd's inside, try. I can play the cd's too but only if I turn off and then on. Sadly the CD place doesn't work anymore but i still can use the hifi.
I own a CD-SW300 and it looks very similar apart from the tape deck decals. The CD-SW200 also looks similar to this system and i dont think sharp make another model in this range. Both the CD-SW300 and CD-SW200 have 8inch X-Bass Subs. therefore to prevent any confusion, this system is guarunteed not to have a 12inch sub. The size of the sub does not necessarily relate to how much bass it can produce. therefore saying the sub is bigger to make it appear better is worthless
I have CD-SW200 and it has 2 - 6 3/4" and sub 8" . When I bought mine, there was the same one you have at the shop. I mean it looked exactly the same and same size woofers. I'm pretty sure that's NOT a 12" sub back there.
I bought it for 300 euros... i also have a home theater(750w), a sony hifi(100w),my old pc speakers(120w),and i want to buy a 18 or 15 inch subwoofer(about 600w) playing all of them together... i love my neighbours.:P
