there is a STOP every second or 2, do you see it people?, this is a export mistake-mistake please correct it, then it's the best starfleet ever, thanks
@jimsanim8orstuff I don't know how the Blender engine works. This was done in DAZ Carrara - it's a sphere duplicated through a grid with a random size greater than the grid size. Then the camera moves through the replicas. You could probably fake something with a series of planes with star patterns on them and the background being the alpha colour. The shapes on the plane would distort closer the the camera, though as the incident angle increases.
Thanks @davidbgreensmith - these are great. We're using a couple of your starfields in the October 26th episode of Category5 Technology TV where we do some Star Trek stuff for Halloween. :)
Thanks for providing these, especially for free. Very nice work, and I appreciate you giving to the community. It sure helped us out (a non-profit show).

You are incredibly cool for doing this. You're going straight to heaven! Or science heaven. Or whatever, something good, a good place!

Try looking at it slightly crossed eyed, like when viewing a 'magic eye' picture, the stars start cris-crossing and it goes deeply 3D!
