I designed a 3rd saber in the Miri series called Miri's Resolve. When I can get all the other 3D sabers done, I'll show you what Miri's Resolve looks like. ;)
that's pretty good, well i guess since your main orders are MHS sabers with modifications such as reverse sound with decorative LED buttons it makes sense.
Is building sabers your primary form of incom? or is it like a money on the side hobby
My main orders are customs, not MHS-based hilts (even though I do a fair number of them). I only post a fraction of the sabers I build. It is a hobby for me, and even though I make money doing it, well, it is not nearly as much as my real job...

Wow. That is just about the most complex, bad ass saber I've ever seen! It REALLY is gold, isn't it? How do you get the blade to look like that?

@Spenc2010 Not really sure what you are asking. THe color is "Brilliant Brass" (but it looks gold). The "Gold blade" is achieved with a gold filter.

Customs? Well you did mention you plan to get a lathe and mill soon, thus implying that you don't own machining equipment.
If not what do you use to make your custom "from scratch" sabers, I'm curious
