@kgarmaker123 -- the b flats sound free and easy to me. i think you are hearing the result of recording a large voice very high; something funny happens (usually around b flat) and it's like the recording either explodes (distortion) or implodes (thins out). further, a dramatic soprano voice is thicker, darker and slightly lower in tessitura and range from a lighter soprano voice, but it is still a soprano voice and higher voice than a mezzo-soprano.

@deeluxegal I agree with your evaluation, thank you maxo for posting this. Bing was an idiot to let her go. Only Farrell could sing like this; it is a toss-up between the two, what great voices!! I suggest that kgarmaker think about the fun he would have standing next to her when she roars off one of those notes. LOL

This is a gorgeous voice without a doubt.. but to me, also a mezzo soprano.. Those High b flats sound like the end of the line, and are weak, compared to the rest of her voice.
