  • Bryan was always in with the "In Crowd". Love the line "spending cash, talking trash"

  • Phil Manzanera: Let's just say, not one of the best guitar solos!

  • Goddamn, Bryan Ferry was so hot. His body in that uniform just does it for me (look at that fantastic ass!!). Mmm mmm mmm... I love the way he dances, too. hehehe ^_^ ♥

    Ahem.

Although I too prefer Bryan's solo album version, it's great fun to see Roxy Music do this song. Thanks for sharing! ;)

  • Bryan Ferry was one of my favourite singers when I was 15, and for a good reason too! His tunes (especially with Roxy Music Mk. 1) helped me stray from Eminem and into real music!

  • This "uniform" look no doubt inspired both Michael Jackson and Mohmar Ghaddafi.

  • you've got to love the way he dances :)

  • what a vision

  • when bryan ferrys plane was hijacked about 10 years ago, he was so cool he didnt give a shit...cool guy...

  • @67bones Haha! Couldn't help chuckling at your comment! (though obviously not funny that his plane was hijacked). What a cool guy though! :-)

  • If it's square we ani't there>

  • LOVE THIS SONG

  • Roxy at there best.

  • Those lucky people sitting in the front row, wow.

  • Brian Ferry is so freekin cool and sexy ... I have this on 45 !!!brilliant . the original by Dobie Gray in the 60s' thanx ... Lins70s'

  • Todo un personaje, pero canta fatal...

  • great band........tribute bowie

  • he was wearing leather bike jackets for school when he was in the juniors . even then he fancied himself....................... the bradey square kid did good.

  • If it wasn't for that plonker singing it'd be a wicked version!!!

  • This is a cover. Who did the original?

  • @DeafFret I think Dobie Gray

  • I think it was the Ramsey Lewis Trio

  • @DeafFret Dobie Gray did the original version. Ramsey Lewis Trio did an instrumental version later the same year.

  • @lexo30 Ramsey Lewis..the legend of jazz...an instrumental is an understatement. The man's a genius...

  • love this song!

  • Flange-a-lirious!

  • This old stuff is priceless thanks for posting man

  • kuhl staff

  • Did not realize Andy MacKay stayed with him during the solo stuff in the mid '70s.

  • @Deposetheboyking

This was a Roxy Music concert, Roxy didn't split until the middle of '76.

  • @SenhorBundy D'oh! You're right. Thanks!

  • Holy SHIT, there's Andrew Gold!!!! lol

  • Damn! Brian Ferry was HOT!!

    His shoulders are magnificent!

  • Good live version. Still prefer the studio cut... Ferry really made it sound dark and foreboding.

  • Nice guitar

  • Must be from the consert in Stockholm?

  • I remember seeing bryan ferry for the first time in detroit mich 1975 I want to thank my friend matt for inviting me --with his older brother --i became an instant fan and am one still to this day

  • Bryan Ferry had invented the 80's by the mid 70's

  • You got that right. Roxy Music was a New Wave band ten years before New Wave was cool.

    Merry Christmas. Peace.

  • Really, If not for Roxy Music Duran Duran, The Cars and countless others never would have existed.

  • Even Talking Heads

  • @Tsip89 i must say thats a brilliant comment.

  • Rick Wills played Bass for Forienger just incase you where wondering

  • Bryan Ferry rules!

  • This song, written by Billy Page, had been a hit for Dobie Gray and Ramsey Lewis, but Ferry and the band put their own bizarre, sinister twist on it.

  • If I may say so this is a perfect description of Ferry's version. Sinister and bizarre (in a good way!). A powerhouse, heavy version too.

  • I'm in too baby!

  • One of the 4 best bands England has ever produced - delicious!

  • Oh my god Phil Manzanera, is amazing i this!and i love Bryan Ferry outfit!

  • IN WITH THE IN....KNOW WHAT IT KNOWS

  • Nice performance-w/ a great Phil Manzanera solo at the end-thanks for posting

  • Merci ! C'est toujours un bonheur de voir Bryan Ferry !
