They do look alot alike. Same hair color, eyecolor and smile. He's got a lot of the same facial features as his mom, like his eye shape. His personality and ninjutsu is like his mothers. It seems Kakashi and Yamato are the only ones smart enough to fuigure it out, but it took Kakashi 16 yrs to do it. lol I'm sure it was well known in the village that the 4th and Kushina Uzumaki were husband and wife and that she was very pregnant. I don't think there were anymore Uzuamki in the village either.
