personally, kay's not a bad singer overall. many of her songs have high difficulty levels...and i think chita sounds like she's struggling even on the lower parts of this song too so yeah. kay's voice just sounds more experienced.

btw, u can probably hear kay's performance on the side w/ the related videos. it's called For U.

i realize that many people prefer chita's version more because it's "better on the ears" but we also have to recognize that that video is a recording of a live performance whereas chita's is a recording that may very well be all "trimmed up". i'd actually be more surprised if this music video didn't sound as good as it does..

Chita's version is better than Kay's definitely more sincere and sweet =) So glad to have a new female singer-songwriter! Like her after 903 awards, can always count on them to support talented singers.

I personally find Kay a mediocre singer -- she has great lyrics and songs, but as a singer, she's only so-so. Chita is a lot easier on the ears and so's Ella Koon. Definitely a singer to be on the look out for in the future.
