A few friends and I went to this building a few weeks ago. We were inside for about 20 minutes until we heard a loud whistle coming from inside, followed by a scream, then someone crying from outside. We took off running up the long driveway, and we all thought we were being followed by a big creature, but when we would look back, nothing was there. THERE IS AN EVIL FORCE LURKING IN THIS BUILDING!!! I highly suggest avoiding going near it!!

you got to pay atetion to movies they the goverment trys to tell you all of this by movie like angel and demons thats real . the illuminati exist and the want to do the new world order . and also in video game like that one GEARS OF WAR . and repitilians that have skin like snake and iguanas ... i think satan is a reptilian because in the bible say talk about hes skin that is like reptiles . and he was made into a sanke

i got a sond clip that some german people were digin a deep hole and they recorded sond of people screaming a some kind of monster talking . it could be fake but it could also be real you nerver know .. i gonna try to add it to youtube ill send it to you

Not a whole lot. It was always the "backup" ward to Tuscaloosa's Alabama Insane Hospital/Bryce Hospital, despite its recent nickname of "Old" Bryce (even tho it the newer of the two). It functioned as the "black ward" at one point in its history.
Frankly, since it operated under Bryce's structure, it never reached quite the height of torturous infamy that modern imagination assigns to these places now - although I'm sure some practices would seem inhumane to us now. You can get the collected letters of a former Bryce resident on Amazon now, under "Letters of a Victoria Madwoman", edited by a John S. Hughes. They largely predate this building but do give an idea about residential life in the period.
From what I understand from a couple of individuals who once worked there, though, it was still no picnic for the residents. Many of them were literally dropped off there and never had contact with their families or other associates again. Some of them were institutionalized for instability, illness, and in a few cases just plain inconvenience. There was a children's ward on the second floor, I believe...
a team member and myself put that camera on the second floor, went back down to the command center and saw this. the wind wasn't blowing hard that night and surely wasn't able to move this camera like you see. The 2nd floor felt heavy and thick with something paranormal lurking in the shadows
Im considering joining the group since Im a senior at the University. How did you guys get into to Bryce? I mean a friend and I tried going and we got caught by cops before we got out of our car. But he old us its creepy because of homeless and drugees not because or paranormal anything.
