- It hurts your back and neck if it slows down too much in the corkscrew.
- Otherwise it was a pretty fun ride but i had a headache and neck pains afterwords because when your upside down in the corkscrew all your weight goes to your shoulders.
I rode that old wooden fooker there in 1960 and it was miserable, one steel bar and no padding, floating on the first drop then bar jams thighs and rest of it was bouncing off the wooden car. they sucked these nice comfy new kind are great with the g's and no bruising. lol.
The ride is sinking so it's a bit jerky in some parts, but it's deffinately worth it to ride it about five times in a row and then not be able to walk straight because your head is about to fall off, haha.

For those of you who yearn to ride this painful obstacle course, you have been warned. Just be sure to have cold water and tylenol ready at the exit...because you'll neeed it! Maybe a chiropractor? It did bother my back a little bit too. AAnd no, I'm not one of those picky bitchy 60 year olds...I'm 16 and it hurt like fuck!

on all rides, there is a box to keep all belongings. you can put your glasses in there.

My first looping rollercoaster was Firehawk. It wasn't nearly as insane as the Vortex though.
