No, Kendall didn't call her Amanda.She just speaks soo fast (Kendall speaking too much? NEVER, lol) so you could hardly hear her.She said "Yeah, well, I don't know. I mean, it doesn't make sense."
But it does sound like she says that.

she says amanda, i think thats why she puts her hand to her mouth after she finishes the sentence. but it def. is amanda's name she says.

I thought this was a fairly funny scene with Greenlee wide-eyed and confused and Kendall griping. I laughed quite a bit.
