i just love this drama. i saw all the episodes so many times each one is a masterpiece. a true drama it was. i was very young may be about 8 years and i remember my mom used to watch this drama with great passion as at that time world was not introduced to setelite tv then and my folks were just crazy about PTV dramas, actors, writes, directors. and yes why shouldn't they? PTV was giving masterpieces in terms of drama.
I am a Pakistani and here watching or listening, what ever you want to call it (listening this sweet sweet music) and it took me back when we watched it very first time. What a sweet memory. Fatima wrote many dramas and all of them are wonderful. But this one is unique. Rahat Saab is amazing personality. Very true person and others as well. Thanks a million to all those who perfected it and there work always shell stay with us in shape of sweet memories. Thanks again from bottom of my heart.

i saw this play when i was in std 7. each time i view it it gathers a new meaning...with my growing maturity...it gives a new flavour each time i see it....and oh god the dialogues....ufff....jab hum kisi ko aasman par bitha dete hain aur wo munh ke bal girta hai to chot hamein khud lagti hai....The reason this play is so flavourful is simple...it is overflowing with emotion...and that is what lingers and rules my heart
The one person who "dislikes" this music must be heartless ! This is one of the finest pieces of instrumental music I have heard. Nostalgic and very beautiful.
Amazing that after so many years, this serial, it's actors and music still rule our hearts. I doubt anyone can think of any other movie or serial that has had the same impression! To us addicts, marina and Rahat are one....never mind real-life ! Why were they never cast in multiple shows together ???

and best of all for me look at those cars man Marinas 86 charade and Rahats mazda 929 man cars were good in Pak :)

very true indeed.....just add one bite to it....the people who worked (technical people) in this serial are still in the PTV Karachi....got old but still most of them are there..... this explains that if there is a good script n direction than even now ptv excels...
