Does it really matter if this screen is brighter but you already purchased an iPhone, Galaxy s2 or N8? Even at N8 standard(which is dated and average), you definitely enjoy watching movies at 720p. A jump from this will not make you want to buy new one since a slight improvement from old amoled is negligible.
