Thats Hecate, a somewhat obscure Goddess figure, who is rumoured to have been a sort of "sub-cult" of ancient greek mythology. She is a goddess associated with childbirth, fertility, crossroads, magic and lunar lore. She is more closely allied to the underworld and to dark magic than to the Gods of Olympus.
