Look at the banks that are deemed "worthy" to be saved: they are all in the revolving credit business of financing towns, cities, regions, states & nations. A bankruptcy would end the revolving credit. A trustee in bankruptcy would come in and 1. go through the activa & passiva, then 2. start collecting debts outstanding.
What would this entail, among others? Public, state, govt, employees, from street sweeper over teacher & cop to army general would no longer be paid. Game over--a revolution!
