This anime is by the same guy who directed the movie Paprika.

And the artist who sang the opening is also the same one who sang the main theme of Paprika (I don't know the name of it).

The concept is interesting, every episodes leads up to you having to figure out wtf is going on. It may be to complicated for most people though

WoW i remembered when i watched the entire series in adult swim i loved the song the anime was wicked tho cool in a way the girl in the begining was the creator of little slugger just to cover for a lie that she let her puppy get killed by a car or somethin correct me if im wrong

After I watched the whole series (Twice) I could NOT stop thinking about Lil' Slugger!!!!!

I was like "OH GOD! I'm being paranoid SLUGGER IZ GUNNA GET MEH...............aaany second now!!" XD

And I only watched english dubs, subs is a bit of a pain..... besides I prefer Lil' Slugger rather than shounen bat. Maybe I'll watch it in Japanese, dunno if i will...

This song is by Susumu Hirasawa. His music is featured in Paprika, as well as Berserk.

@AmericanKosuPureSama - That's because it's the same guy! Satoshi Kon worked with Susumu Hirasawa for the soundtracks to Paranoia Agent, Paprika, and Millennium Actress so far. The latter is his best work IMHO - if you've never heard the Millennium Actress soundtrack, I highly recommend checking it out!
