  • You must be short on room to have to reach the mixer like that, can you even reach the master trims?? first mix was awesome

  • Heh that setup was in quite tight space yes. With a bit of effort I could reach all the knobs :D Current setup is a bit more user friendly. Thanks, glad you liked it.

  • 1.15-1.130 min :P

  • This is absolutely mental!

Well done, really fucking great, electro-charged madness here...

The vocal sample from Dead Can Dance's "The Host of Seraphim" that comes in at 3:35-3:50 is another wonderful bonus too...

Anywhere I can download this full mix from? Would be great for an upcoming party, we can get good MDMA, but it's nothing without good NRG...

    xxxxx

  • Hey, gotta see if I have this full anywhere so I can get the sound from it. If not maybe make new one then.

  • That would be great, thanks!

  • alright mate nice mixes, can u tell me where u get these records from because ive been searching everywhere!! lol, and what labels are they on? cheers!

  • Hi... on this mix for example you can find the catalog numbers on the info just click on the more link right side from the video if you google with those numbers you'll find places to buy them :) On newer ones I've been more lazy and haven't written those in but this one has those.

  • ITS GOTTA BE THE UK SHIT, right on syntse, awesome and props on mixing LONDON HELSINKI UNDERGROUND, its one my favourite song, right on bro

  • Thanks. LondonHelsinki is just awesome tune :) Props to Harri and Kev making that one. Hope you were watching when Rx and Carbon visited UK. They prolly will be again too at some point. finrg dot com ;)

  • thats some fast rhythm ..dammm L:P you got some real good tracks, im surprised i never heard these before

  • Thanks. Basically the tracklist is of Finnish producers, however they have been going to other countries as well. Proteus in middle europe, Rx, Alek, Proteus, Carbon in Australia. Then in UK also Rx and Carbon is going to UK in near future.

  • That was awesome man. Great job!

  • Thank you very much for your comment. Really appreciated.

  • I gave a 5 as always. The 2nd mix wasnt as good but i think it would have been had to match the quality of that 1st mix, great stuff. Also nice EQ tricks at the end ;) did you turn mid down and treble up, or other way round like i do? ;)

  • If you watch closely you see that first I turn mid up, hi down, then going mid down, hi up, then again back to mid up, hi down before the beat kicks in. Thanks for the comments and rating too!

  • Great first mix beat matching spot on, the switch in basslines sounded great, nice fader tricks again ;) great structure, and perfect EQing. Plus i loved the Kevin Energy and Proteus song. Definately one og your best mixes there. You seem to mix a lot using just EQs after pulling up channel fader, using the EQs to fade out tracks. nothin wrong with it, it seemed to make a good transition there :)

  • heheee... yeps working a lot with EQs and practicing. Think they would not always be nessessary but usually it's not harm anyway.

  • tosi jees tää kyl. uplifting stuff here, folks

  • practice PUM practice PUM practice PUM PUM PUM. kyllä lähtee!

  • hehee kiits... btw jälleen yx uus tuli laitettua kantsii kattoo title ;)

  • Aw man we all love your teddys :).. especially the purple one that looks like Barney :) lols

  • The first transition was very nice I also liked the volume up down effects. Does the Taekwondo bear ever dance? Keep up the good work.

  • Not dancing atleast for the moment... it's just keeping guard there so that the others will not go too wild.

  • I liked the first transition here mate, as for the second transition not as nice as they were a little off I felt when you took the song out the mix lacks a bit of energy if your oging for thate nergy style.. but overall alot better than part one.. later tonite I will review part 3 mate.. nice mixes :)

  • This was nice. The last track in this part was kind of loosing my interest though. Is there any chance you can try out a wider camera angle so we can actually see you? I give you a 5. For ratings I only give 5s(5 = ok, great) or 1s (1 = crap, take this down), simpler that way. On to part 3...

  • Thanks for the comment. I have thought of some other camera angle also to possibly see me but then I would lose the view of seeing what I do. Maybe I'll do just some mix so that it will only show me. Problem there is that my equipment is in a corner. You're right that the CB tune might have been mistake there.

  • Hey there... new vid up with different angle. Loose some view of the mixing part but you'll see me going crazy.

  • 2nd transition had little bit of offbeat still... 3rd one starts to go little bit better. More and more practice.
