Im at the beginning of building and designing my own juke. My brother in law gave me a free POS computer with a touchscreen which Im hoping to transform into something.
You know you can disable that beep you hear when you touch the screen? What software are you running? Is that really just I-Tunes? Cab looks really good.
I used an old PC running XP-a surplus touchscreen (should come with software driver-can find surplus ones for around $150.)Winamp or iTunes software to make it play.I used two sets of speakers (logitec) and the front & back speaker outputs on the sound card. The lights around the screen are color changing leds shining on some engraved pieces of plexiglass. The color organ lights are 12 volt sound activated cool cathode lights (Available from any of the computer mod websites.)
The color organ is just some cold cathode lamps with sound modules. They came from a computer mod web site ready to go.Fairly cheap. The side lights are color changing leds shining through some engraved plexiglass
Nice! I like it!
