hi i was wondering if you can tell me whats a good machine for prototyping toys like high detailed action figures or accesories? really would apreciate it, so direction, were to look and learn about that. thanks
good morning,, we are a Colombian company that works with stainless steel and we would be interested in a cnc plasma cutter format of 3005 mm x 1530 mm cutting 3 mm thick stainless steel ... you make us a quote without the commitment of this team,,, thank you very much good day industrialinoxidable@hotmail.com mail
Been looking around for something like this for a while now. Torchmate have been the sole company that has constantly impressed me throughout my research. Are there any plans to do a 4 x 4 version of this set up?
I reckon at the moment it is costing me in outsourcing laser cutting in a 12 month period, what your 2x2 would cost. Max size I get cut is around 3x3. I am 90% certain I am going to take the plunge with torchmate, the other 10% is leaning me towards plasma cam, purely for the software and no other reason. Although as neither are available as evaluation copies it is impossible to be absolutely certain.
@TheElephantStone If you haven't already, give our sales guys a call. They are great to discuss with what you are looking at and what you will need with your machine to meet your needs in the shop and get you a price quote. Good luck with your decision!
Putting one inside the other is an ingenious idea, with a large enough table you get to put four on there and have four plasmas going at once. A large table with one sheet isn't efficient as some people think. :)
It's probably best that you call in and talk to one of our CNC specialists with your questions. They would need to talk to you specifically about your needs and your plasma cutter to give you a answer. Give them a call! (866)571-1066
We are a motorcycle shop, considering buying this setup..with that plasma cutter. Roughly how thick of aluminum and steel do you think we can cut with it cleanly? We will be making gussets, brackets..etc etc. any info appreciated. thanks!

@MrMesluk yes, that is a hand held torch on the machine so it can be removed for hand held use.
