Just returned back to the uk from a 3week holiday there...its crazy to see your videos and think that less then a week ago i was around the same place taking in the sights and sounds....

i'm still undecided about applying to the english teaching courses...much as a love japan i do have my doubts about fully committing myself there but my friend seems to be having a good time doing it...but for now keep doing the vids hell they might even sway my vote to escape by office job....

Hey, I love all your horror movie reviews and these new vids of your travels teaching.

Just a small suggestion: try Adobe Premier Elements to split the sound from the video for post editing. Would make it alot easier to hear what you say & make it easier to clean a bit of the background noise out in another program like Soundforge or Audacity.

Wow, you are back to Japan. Iwate Swan. Iwate's winter is cold like Michigan's so stay warm. Try Kamakura (Japanese igloo) during winter. It's so neat and they put heater table called Kotatsu in there for fun. Enjoy. :)

any degree is fine. all that matters is that you have a college degree, so it doesn't matter if it's art or history or fashion or whatever.

english major, japanese minor. while of course that looks good for the job, i know of history majors, business majors, and other people who have gotten in with non english or japanese majors. So, a criminal justice major would be fine I think.

I see, yeah I believe I CJ major would work as well, half of the courses I've had to take have been English related. You have to have a mastery over the English language to succeed in the more advanced CJ courses.

Not that I'm planning to become an English teacher anyway. I plan to go into law enforcement here in the states, but good luck to you!
