Obi-Wan used his trademark power Force Instant Mutilation Victory in combination with Force Plot Armor. That's why he won. fuck the high ground.

@waldoman7 I LOLD at his mutilation victory but srsly dude i get what your saying but the thing is since obi wan was higher as anakin tried jumping over him he just cut him in mid jump even if his jump would have went over him he would have still just cut him in the middle of his flip where he had no ability to defend himself
