It's about cannibalism on an emotional level.

Actually it's just about jealousy, and the reference to cannibalism is used metaphorically to express the aggression towards someone who has something that you don't. This is made even more tormenting due to the addressing, and thus taunting, of the jealous one, by saying "have I got your girl? Then kill me and eat me whole." So, personally, the orgy of death is too indiscriminate to be made more disturbing by the lyrics.
