Sorry, but one important calculus of war is to destroy as much of the enemy, with the least amount of casualties on your side, to fight another day. The same was said about the machine gun and chemical weapons. Banning this will not happen, and actually saves lives, on both sides. BTW, those manning these UAVs are officers, and very morally upstanding. They don't take their job lightly.
