If your sentence is over one year you qualify for time off for good behavior. The extra one day was a favor, a gesture of leniency from the court.

This IS wrong... There are no telling how many people from foreign countries here against federal AND state law and yet there is no action, yet this innocent man is imprisoned for something his state allows... why not crack down on a real problem.
