Not rude at all. He evens says "world's tallest skipper". They obviously have some sort of routine set up, as you can see by the guy on the dock (who looks like he is almost 7 feet tall) and the driver goofing around with each other. Danger Bob is more funny.
OBVIOUSLY the "boat captain" and the "Disney employee at the end of the ride" are friends. Plus, I (as an African American woman) was more offended by the dancing head hunters than anything. The boat captain was actually hilarious. Second best one I've ever seen. My favorite was the guy who had an all hippo intramural softball team.
I was not offended by the comment at the end. This was a great skipper who had several original jokes that were great. I especially liked the butterfly joke near the beginning.

One of the best skippers ever i haven't heard these joke idk if they are totally original but they definaltely something I have never seen !!!
