What are those feather toys used for in the judging? Are the cats not supposed to react or something?

@oPod, Good Question!!. The feathers are used to get the cats attention when the judge is looking at eye shape, size, and color. Some judges use Rattels or squeeky toys. Thanks for watching.

Yes, On Sunday it was Halloween and some judges dressed up for us. When the day started He was in full costume but as the day went on He was just down to the hat.
