Ok, here's what happens. That rouge most likely had about 4000hp. That paladin's reckoning gives you an extra attack each time someone crits on him (pre-nerfed) and can add up to 4-5 (I forget if it's 4 or 5) and when you unleash rekoning you get that many extra attacks on your opponent. So that rouge got hit with about 2500dmg each time the paladin unleashed his reckoning on him.

Actually there is no "best" class. World of Warcraft is based around balances; no matter what class you roll, there will always be a class that can easily destroy you. With paladins it's MS warriors usually.

Pallies can own warriors, it occurs 99% of the time, unless the pally was dumb, or he was lower lvl than warriors. You obviously haven't faced a good ret pally in your entire wow career, or you believe that only prots beat them, which is of course, half true.
right now on live, all a warrior has to do is disarm to beat a ret paladin, unless of course you bubble, but then who other than preists can defeat a paladin with bubble?
And also, a lot of retri pallies are raiding... remember seeing a dmg meter summary for the Furi guy (rogue with both warglaives) doing 2,6k dps, on that list I spotted a pally doing a 1k dps or so! Not exactly good but... they are raiding! :>

Seriously, I LOVE Rogues who attempt to kill you. They are just inviting their own death with all their criticals. One swing = 6 swings with possible crits/SoC procs (not to mention if it's a really "slow" weapon like the GM sword or Hand of Ragnaros) it's going to hurt... a LOT. I love rogues who never learn.
Against Rogues... high-end geared Reckoning Paladins have it better then equally geared rogues... find someone who's played this game for a year and they'll agree with you :P
haha, no. the ammount of skill it would take for a class that is imbalanced against another class in 1v1 to win would be less then the other way around, so even if you have more skill it wouldnt matter if the class has advantages assuming he's not a moron.
