The Bill of Rights is for US Citizens... Also if I had to choose between getting my head SAWED off or getting in naked piles, I would choose the naked piles, stop making them equal. They sawed someones head off because of something someone else did, not him, but other people.

as sacta said 90% of people in Gtmo are innocent plus they didn't even recieve a fair trial..so do u think this is the right way to fight terrorism? would this put your friend's legs back or instead cause more pain to innocents???

Funny, I think I'd be more concerned with human rights violations of muslim extremists, considering they are much more extreme then forcing someone to pose for a picture with thier pants down.

You realise it was more than that? In Guantanamo, one guy was placed on a box naked, hooded, yelled at, attached to wires, intimitaded with dogs and told that if the wires touched the ground he would be electrocuted. In the end the dog was set upon him and he was seriously wounded (that sounds terrifying to me). This should not be belittled.

You know what sounds terrifying to me?? Having to choose between burning to death or jumping from the 82nd floor of a building. How about having your head sawed off with a dull knife while you are still alive and screaming?? That sounds terrifying too.
The level of autrocities do not compare. Watch one of your friends get his legs blown off by a car bomb,then see how nice you want to treat these mad-men. Please don't act like America is the bad guys here, and don't insult my intelligence.

The intention of this video isn't saying America are the bad guys. Neither are the countries from the Middle East. You cannot put one whole country in the same bag. Killing people, will ALWAYS be wrong, no matter who does it. But the corrupted people of America, did kill people too, humiliated them and hurt them.

If you say that all the people there deserved that, you are just like the people who blew your friend's legs off. You would be accepting to fight back with even more brutal means, giving them the moral right to do the same. Because what's happening there definitely isn't an act of defense. This won't stop terrorists from doing what they do.

From all the people in Abu Ghraib, it's estimated that 90% of detainees were innocent. Hurting innocent people is the same those terrorists did, so how do not the level of atrocities compare? Besides, muslim extremists ARE extremists. Their minds are eaten by fanatism. Instead, America is the Nation of freedom. That's why such a great nation shouldn't do this, because then they are at the same level as those men and they just wear a beautiful mask.
