you have to complete it.. because at the end the guy blesses the blood tailsmen you find then you find the blood altar.

and without the pouch its 49 and with the pouch its 54

only 5 runes big woop

and you only have to bank twice so it knocks off a HUGE amount of time.. also emptying the pouches is

faster.

Only noob runecrafters think its better to use that nooby little small pouch

5 runes in 49 is just over 10%... exp wise it's 1,150k exp from 77. that means instead of being 98 u'll have a sweet cape

now, if you have enough runecrafting tokens you can buy blood tablets, that teleport you to the altar, 10000% more efficient than abbys =D but you have to play the minigame for the tokens =P

Well, I used a lot tears of guthix (after the quest: tears of guthix) and also a lot of lamps and knowledge books tbh :S But probably about 700-800k only =P

once u've beaten that quest u can access the blood altar. but do u also need 77 runecrafting to access the altar (nvm about crafting bloods)?

nope :P only 77 rc for making them, not entering

btw, when u got tally u can enter all altars with no rc lvl needed (except when u need a quest first, else u cant enter of course)
