No, He is a siren collector, He and Many other people collect these sirens for an interest, Not only is it fun but it can help warn a community of impending storms,terrorism,or doom.

theres the darley, then it looks like a Fedelcode model 5, and model 2 behind it...cant see it very good tho

looks more like a normal 5 to me, the Fedelcode 5s were a fair bit different. I can see the model 2 and the darley too.

It's an entire single phase siren, though it's apart and not setup at all right now
