what 140,000 for the lot and that used trailer , thats higher than a cats back as my dad would say, lets see the trailer is around a 16x80 and used so at the highest it worth 25,000 ish the lot is very small so it is worth under 10,000 and i dont care it it is 2 miles from walmart, or one block from every thing else i see 35 to 40 thousand, i love living in the country i am about 20 miles from my work and the same from walmart, walmart sucks i like going to krogers, lol it is a nice trailer
