An underrated and hilarious movie. It's not their greatest by a long shot, but it's a lot funnier than pretty much everything that came after it. You get plenty of interaction between Groucho an Chico and Harpo has a lot of funny physical scenes. Again, hardly their best and could've been a lot better, but it's definitely worth a watch. What they needed was someone to understand that the story of "three guys stuck in a hotel room" is a different thing if those three guys are the Marx brothers.
I am a HUGE Marx Bros fan. But even though it pains me to say this. . .'Room Service' has got to be the LEAST funniest of their movies. Usually during their movies I'm laughing constantly whenever they're on screen. During 'Room Service' I chuckled maybe 3 times. . . .there were no clever/smart remarks from Groucho, no quick word-play from Chico or piano number, no hilarious antics from Harpo: it was quite dull. I know it's because the script wasnt written with them in mind, such a shame >_<
@CxHxRxIxSxTxIxAxN I thought Room Service was one of their best and it was great that the story revolved around the Marx brothers themselves rather than in some of their other films where they were the comic interlude between some weaker story. My daughter loved this film from a young child and watched it over and over. It's more the situations and the wit of the characters that is funny, rather than any elaborate wordplay. This clip does feature Harpo's antics .

@CxHxRxIxSxTxIxAxN i agree, the scene where they all sit down together and eat the meal, is the only funny bit in the whole film
