  • im doing 100m hurdles for my first time tomorrow, im horrified because i also have shin splints!! AHHHHHH! :'(

  • @Tigerfif00 how did u do

  • I love the hurdles. I made it to the nationals last year, and I plant to again this season

  • @blushez100 but you need to get those grades up juding your spelling =D

  • @Sumandigguh it depends on how long your legs are. you are mostly 5"3 and above for hurdles. Most of my team members are over 5"5

  • @Sumersucksatmath hahaha I love doing hurdles and I am barely 5 feet tall it all depends on your jumping skills and leg movements i guess

  • @Vampeng If you're jumping to do hurdles, you aren't hurdling very well....

  • @evildave when I say jump I mean the small amount of time where neither of your feet are touching the ground. not literally jumping

  • @Sumandigguh its generally depends on what hurdles whether its 100m hurdles or 400m hurdles. 100m hurdles may be harder because they are quite tall even for me and im 5'2". 400m h isnt as bad, its just very tiring. :)
