@123ilikelego no, I do hear from some tubers that there are some who tend to appear more than others but unless you had access to the stock before it has been picked through there is really no way of telling

the hazmat guy was difficult to find, mind you he seems to be the most popular and he's the easiest to find using the finger feel method, got a feeling the kids pulled him out of the bunch real fast

I bet they make the minifigures like the soccer player really common, and the hazmat guy pretty rare. I bought one, just to check my luck, and I got the soccer player. I was feeling the bags in the shops, and after a while, the shopkeeper started giving me funny looks. Although this weight tactic is useful, you can hardly bring a set of scales into the shop. My favourite is the punk rocker. I was thinking, what would the punk rocker look like with the hockey player's face... AWESOME?

My favorite would be the rockstar or the hockey player (both of which I've yet to get), collecting LEGO MFs in Japan is a lot harder since they come in toy vending machines (or capsule toys as some call them), not only does the risk of getting the same toy again get higher but can't use the touch and feel method or any method for that matter.
