Out of context, the Poltergeist music sounds like some Disney movie. Not impressed. The Psycho theme? I yawned, it was boring... You did win me over with the Exorcist (spelled wrong in your video?) Jaws, sorry, the tuba sounds like someone farting. Lame... Halloween Theme Song is a classic though.

Good job picking the themes :) I like the Halloween theme very much as well. Although I would put the Friday the 13th and A Nightmare On Elm Street themes on my top list, this was good overall. I also recommend the Candyman, Phantasm, Children of the Corn, and Child's Play themes too. ^^

While Poltergeist, Halloween and Exorsist had great music... It's not really scary. Jaws reigns supreme... Screenings before the soundtrack was inserted met with scepsism. It wasn't until after Williams put his music on that the movie became a sucess. Psycho is legendary. Pet Sematary also has an awesome soundtrack! Grabs you by the balls before the movie even starts. More recently I loved Hans Zimmers music for Ring-remake. Moviethemes is about enhancing what's on the screen imo.
